Love Wendy’s for their cheap prices for meals. They have gone up a couple of dollars, but it had to be done, every thing else is going up.

I hope this location, is one that will be shutting down with the 300 other stores closing this year for Wendys. We wrote off Wendy’s years ago due to this location and never plan on visiting another. Over priced, old stale food, that’s wrong every time. 30 minutes in the drive through to get garbage. Then the employees act like your are ruining their day just by being there. I’m not sure where Wendy’s went wrong, damn they used to be good. Oh well, they don’t care so we just chose to eat elsewhere. ✌️

This Wendy’s does not know how to operate. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They forgot my burger and on top of that, they were out of sour cream, ranch and ketchup. Don’t waste your time here and go to the Wendy’s on 528 and High Resort. They have amazing customer service and are not out of everything constantly.

This meal was delicious, I went on a snowy day really set vibe. Not busy at all very mellow I liked that. The fries were crispy and perfect amount of salt. The baconator hit the spot definitely filled me up and was the most delicious part of the meal. For my drink I got Peace Tea, I really like how Wendy’s has like so many options for drinks compared to other fast restaurants. 10/10 absolutely coming back to this Wendy’s!

I am only giving this one star review after three bad experiences at this location. Here are recaps of the two most recent. Sunday night at little after 9 p.m. I went to the drive Thru. I waited in line for about 6 minutes while car after car sped away without placing an order. When I reached the speaker, I was told that they were only accepting cash.
When I said this was fine, because I had cash, I was met with silence. After calling out several times, I was able to place my order. They were clearly trying to avoid taking orders as evidenced by:
Saying they were out of menu items.
Serving directly out of food storage containers while leaving refrigerator wide open
Workers were talking and joking with each other, ignoring customers honking in the drive thru.
Yesterday I went back and was served burned yet cold nuggets, and a stale burger. I’m sad that there is no oversight by franchise owner.b

I went to this wendys tonight and remembered why I never go there. The employees are some of the laziest employees in Rio Rancho. They are rude and lazy !They were supposedly out of carbonation for the fountain drinks and chicken tenders. The food was cold and the fries are cold and disgusting. The frosties were not even mixed just plopped with the chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup. It has been a long time since I had Wendy’s but I will never go back !!!!

I will never go to this location again. I went through the drive-thru and I had to wait 20 minutes after placing my order to even get to the window and after placing my order for 2 meals of misfortune which is a Small fry and a 10-piece nugget with a frosty with Raven’s blood syrup(Black cherry) and a special spoon and two mystery sauces x2. I get to the window and the employee takes my payment and then tells me that their frosty machine is broken and that they are out of the syrup and I was irritated and said well So what am I paying for? And she said well I can throw in an extra 10-piece nugget and I said great and I would like extra mystery sauce if I’m going to have extra nugget. She said that was fine and then when I looked in the bag there was no extra nugget and absolutely no sauce and it was $27 for two meals because they our specialty meals and I didn’t get a spoon since there was no Raven bloods Frosty so I pretty much paid $27 for two small fries and two 10-piece nuggets. No drink, no sauce. I could have gone to McDonald’s and got the same thing off of their dollar menu and spent $4 to $5. When I called the store to tell them that I was very dissatisfied, the manager that answered said he was not there and that they actually do have the syrup for the frosty and they could have given me a frosty. They have the spoon and the sauce. So that irritated me more because that means the employee just didn’t want to do it. What a rip-off. The manager also told me that he would tell his boss to give me a call and that somehow they would make it right and I never received a call. This was also the first time going back to Wendy’s after a few years because I thought that Wendy’s food didnt taste as good as it used to. So with this experience I will probably never go back to Wendy’s. If I could give zero Stars for service and atmosphere I would. The food is edible and it’s about the same quality as McDonald’s only more expensive

After receiving over cooked fries multiple times, then this last time (1/2/26), caused me to spend much of the evening in the bathroom, unfortunately I will no longer be a patron to this location. What a shame!
