Never again will I stop here. Look at the lettuce and bun its moldy black spots. Lettuce is not fresh at all. Save your money and time if people will feed you this they are disgusting. Wendys please retrain your employees. This should not go out to people to eat!

First an entire meal was missing from our order, they gave us the drink. Employee was rushing with only one other car behind us in the drive thru. Drove around and went I side, girl said they realized they forgot the Baconator meal. Upon eating at our destination, there was NO bacon in the Baconator. Ordered an Asiago Chicken meal and this meal had NO bacon in it either. So we paid for a Baconator, received a double cheeseburger. Ordered an Asiago Chicken Meal, received a chicken sandwich. We ordered by number on the menu … should not have been difficult. Attempted to call restaurant several times, no answer. Very poor service, and quality of food well it was a mess. As travelers, this restaurant doesn’t even deserve the one star. Ok Wendy’s, let’s see if you answer our survey.

Worse experience ever it was 10:56pm with only one car ahead of us they were not packed at all when I get my food they forgot my chicken nuggets and this is what my jr. bacon cheeseburger looks like!!!!! Horrible service Waited on DT line for over 30 min and once it was my turn to order the girl in the DT said they are close because of short staff they only had 3 people on the clock. I usually have good experiences at this location, but my recent visit on Saturday, February 22nd, around 9:40 p.m. was disappointing. I ordered a #2 Meal (medium) with a Dr Pepper, a large water, and a large cup of ice through the drive-thru. There was initially a mix-up with the charge for the water and ice, but it was corrected. However, I wasn’t given a receipt.
When I got back to work and started eating, I noticed my burger patties were extremely undercooked—practically raw. I took photos because it was very unappetizing and not what I expected. Unable to return to the restaurant, I tried calling twice, but both times the phone rang for an extended period before disconnecting with a loud beeping sound. On the second call, there was silence before it cut off, making it impossible to report the issue.
I understand that mistakes happen, but getting an undercooked burger and not being able to reach anyone about it was frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve consistency and customer service.
