This location used to serve breakfast really early, now I show up at seven am to order breakfast and no one is there. It’s in a good location, safe wise and good neighborhood. I think if this location showed some good effort, a lot of people would go there. Wendy’s has brought some good competition for breakfast. I’d like to help support this location due to many locations nationwide shuttering soon. I think if this location got a really good team going, it could really kick ass! Definitely love the sit in the restaurant option. Anytime I’ve showed up early, I’ve had to give my business to McDonald instead.

Six people in line when I arrived just after 2pm on Wednesday – March 4th. Not in a hurry. . . I witnessed Every single order in front of me was not delivered as requested. Two people from outside walked in to request their drive thru order corrections. My order – Chicken Sandwich & Coffee. Came without eye contact from clerk – or the coffee. Needed to raise my voice to get clerks attention and receive the coffee. Both meal orders behind me also needed to be corrected. Staff spent waaay more time correcting orders than taking the meal orders. I don’t believe the place would have been busy without the chronic mistakes. Usually Wendy’s is on it … This was not their normal. Request your receipt to verify your meal order.

Slowest Wendy’s ever boa had a pick up order one time for 10:20 and came and it wasn’t even ready till 11pm. They don’t even get the orders right. Got a DoorDash order and they so SLOW two dashers didn’t wanna wait so they canceled. That tall manager w dyed hair so ignorant and rude too..these workers need better management cs wdffff

Honestly used to love Wendy’s but I got a long black hair in my Cobb salad, GM refused to give me a refund cause it has to go through someone else, don’t go here it’s gross
Edit: first shift manager Kandy was smiling when telling me she couldn’t refund said she was the only manager but got the GM when she couldn’t say anything else. GM Troung could’ve done better and spoke unprofessionally and looked like he was high on something

They are SO slow. They help 1 car at a time or they help 3 and park all 3 and then you wait 20+ minutes for your food. This is the closest location to my house so I just deal with it. If you’re in a hurry and want your correct order, pass them by!

The drive thru line was too long and was taking forever so I ended up going in to get my food. The inside is nice and is of the newer Wendy’s models. The staff were courteous. There needs to be more attention to cleaning of the floors and tables though. The food was good and fresh.

The food has really gone downhill. We tried the chile cheese fries and the chile was so bad I could only eat a couple bites. Fast food is too expensive nowadays not to be good. We spent $50 on meals for four people and couldn’t finish it because it tasted so bad. Crazy. On a happy note, my tomato was a peace sign. ✌️
