I love this Wendy’s. They are fast and efficient. They are thorough. The employees are well dressed with their uniforms and bring a great friendly attitude to the counter and window.
Christian is a hard-working young man who is friendly, remembers a face, personable and I am confident we’ll go far in this world. The managers are team players not dictators I see them jump in quickly to assist the team during peak times. I love that they are supportive and not “barking” orders at their employees.
This location is full of both diverse travelers and locals. The efforts to create a clean and well stocked dining room while accommodating these many people both in store, drive-thru and picking up deliveries as far beyond other fast food restaurants.

Franchise owner take notice. You have the music so loud your staff cant hear. I said my order 6 (six) times literally and they still got it wrong. I told them I gave you my order 6 times, how many times do I have to say it. Then a manager decides to get in on the abuse and say we’re not going to serve you because you were rude. No problem because this location consistently has cold coffee and cold potatoes. These corporations put the independent restaurants out of business so we’re stuck with corporate abuse

Garbage food. This chain has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Stopped for breakfast today and ordered the sausage egg croissant. Two hard pieces of bone in the sausage, and it was suppose to have Swiss cheese but instead they use some cream they apply. Taste was terrible. No more will I spend my money here. You can do better.

I went through the drive thru, fun the moment I ordered until the morning I was handed my order, it took 16 minutes. One car in front of me and no cars behind. Il parking lot was fairly empty. Evidence suggests they were not busy. Prices have gotten ridiculous for this area.

I stopped at this Wendy’s drive-thru on 10/23/25 around 10:55 PM, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a burger combo and a 4-piece chicken tender. The employee began taking my order, then suddenly said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” When I asked what time they closed, she said 10:57 PM—which was literally the current time—while still serving the car in front of me.

When I questioned it, she said the chicken tenders take six minutes to cook, so they couldn’t make them before closing. She didn’t offer to make the rest of my order or provide any kind of solution—she simply refused service. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I wouldn’t usually recommend someone lose their job, but this employee 100% deserved to be terminated for how she handled this. If you’re going to take an order, you finish it. Simple as that. My family and I have stopped at this Wendy’s every few months on our way to Vegas, but after this experience, never again.

The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful, and I really appreciate that their menu has options for everyone, whether you’re craving a classic burger, chicken sandwich, or a fresh salad. Food was old and overcooked, the service was slow and only one young man was willing to help. We were traveling through and wanted to eat something quick and easy but that’s not what is was. We travel through the area quite a bit but we will not stop here again
