I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location’s drive-thru but today was the last straw. There were several people talking & laughing when I pulled up to the order box since apparently the person with the headset never silenced it from the previous order. I was finally able to order a kid’s meal & 10 piece nuggets with ranch & bbq sauce. The group of employees when I pulled up to the window were incredibly unprofessional. I checked the bag before pulling away & had no nuggets. He handed them to me & assuming I had what I needed, I pulled away. Decided to stop & double check. I had FOUR nuggets instead of TEN. No sauces at all. At that point the line was wrapped around the building so I left knowing I will never go back to this location. I am tired of not getting what I pay for & it happens here a lot. Either my order is missing something or my order is wrong in some other way. No more. They have lost a customer.

This Wendy’s is different in a great way. As soon as I can walked in I was immediately greeted in a very genuine way way by Helen. Helen has a great attitude and made my visit ! The Restaurant is very clean and everything about this place including the seating, drink station and atmosphere is conducive to an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you Helen !

I am writing to share a concern about an experience my family and I had at one of your Wendy’s locations.
During our visit, we witnessed a manager named Celia speaking very rudely and disrespectfully to a teenage employee named Jonathan. She repeatedly addressed him in a degrading manner and did so loudly in front of customers. The way she spoke to him made the environment uncomfortable and awkward for everyone present.
We understand that managing a restaurant can be stressful, but publicly belittling an employee, especially a young one, is not appropriate and reflects poorly on the workplace atmosphere and the company as a whole. It was upsetting to watch and not the kind of experience we expect when visiting Wendy’s.
We felt it was important to bring this to your attention and hope this situation can be addressed so employees are treated with respect.

Wish I could give the Wendy’s at 5639 W Cortaro Farms Road, Tucson, zero stars. Stopped by there on 9/5/2025 and ordered three biggie bags. The hamburgers in two of the bags were burnt to a crisp. When I called to speak to the manager about the incompetence of her workers and tell her that they wrapped up the hamburgers even though they were charcoal, she offered for me to come back in and have them remade. It is a twenty-five minute drive from my house back to Wendy’s. Is she going to reimburse me for my gas? The only way that these hamburgers should have left Wendy’s was in the trash!! She needs to accept responsibility for her worker’s poor employee training and her lack of managerial skills.

There is no one at the counter, once they showed up there is no frosty, or just one flavor. The Halloween little booklet, please don’t buy if you don’t go there often. They don’t honor them as they said they would. They cannot find the 1.99 coupon key on their computer. Lol… So the young girl manager said they will not honor it as they cannot find the key to discount it. Thank you and no more business for you.
The place also not clean, sticky chairs and tables.

I only put a star cause I had to. Girl at Drive through speaker was rude. Rude at the window too. They would only take cash. Finally got our food and it was burnt. Turns out the Rude girl is the manager. Got our new sandwiches and they were wrong and still a bit burnt. NOT eating at this location again.

This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint. The burgers should be chili meat as they tasted like they had been on the griddle wayyyyy to long. The fries are cold, as always. I’m not sure why they are NEVER hot!
The kid taking our order was nice but couldn’t explain/answer questions.
Last but not least is the stench when you open the door to walk in. I’m not sure where the smell is coming from but it’s really a turn off. Unfortunately, my husband insisted we dine in, which I would normally never do. I normally won’t eat at this one because it is sub-standard for a Wendy’s.
