Terrible food! Cold and old! I’ve given this Wendy’s many chances hoping for at the very least fresh food. I mean $12 for a combo and the burger and fries were old and the order was wrong! Very disappointing! Cashier was vaping at the drive thru window. Unprofessional! Will never go back!

Recently, I went to Wendy’s expecting to have a meal around 10 am, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed with only a few employees around. We were left standing outside in the hot sun, hoping to be let in, but the doors remained locked. After quite some time waiting, we decided to give up and leave as it was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. It was very disappointing to have this experience as we were looking forward to enjoying some Wendy’s classics. It was not a great experience, and I hope that Wendy’s can improve their availability and customer service in the future.

Ordered a single cheeseburger, no ketchup and fries. I was the only one in line, drove up to the window and was given my order immediately. Didn’t feel right, so I checked my order, my single, which has always come with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, had two slices of cheese, the meat patty and nothing else. I back up to the window after complaining about the order, I was handed a plastic tray with the condiments in it, no mayo. The window was shut on me, I drove off. I have been using that Wendys since it opened and I can honestly say that in the last two years the service has deteriorated so much that this will be my last purchase from that store.

Came to visit my home town and had the pleasure of getting waited on by Neveah. Clean restaurant. I noticed it’s new (remodeled a bit but still getting work so be patient) I think this location was the Arby’s before the new build across. Either way, never an issue at this location. Friendly staff.
