Either I was really hungry or this place hits different! The fries were on point my baconator was great. I didn’t think it was good at other Wendy’s but this one was amazing tastes completely different. Good job and great staff

First my order was wrong after I made sure to specify how i wanted it twice. The cashier is also rude, not inviting at all, and was rude and aggressive to the manager right in front of me. I also ordered a frosty and it tasted spoiled. I made sure to mention this to the manager and she just asked the cashier if it tasted spoiled lol… will definitely not be coming back unless I’m literally starving and this is the only thing open..picture is off the worker.

I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order. There were 5 employees but I only saw 3 that were “working”. The burger line man was taking his sweet time making the orders. When we got there, there were only 2 people in the lobby and they already had their food, so other than the car in drive-thru, there was no reason for the food to have taken that long.

They took away breakfast which is a bummer because Wendy’s breakfast is really good usually. In addition to taking away breakfast when I go at night time, they are often out of the thing that I ordered on the app. Typically chili or baked potatos. I will probably find a new location since this one doesn’t seem to offer the things that I like

I love the food from Wendy’s. I always stop by there before I do my 12 hour shift at the hospital to get something to eat. Winter to drive through and the person in the drive through the man taking care of me, look at me told me the amount of my bill for the food and when he was supposed to turn around and say, thank you. And give me my receipt, he turned away from me, handing me my receipt through the window did not say anything to me didn’t look at me, didn’t smile poor customer service. I’m so disappointed because I go there very often I even bought one evening a $100 worth of food to take to my co-workers at the hospital so I really wish I would have got the young man’s name.n Because he’s a terrible employee. Terrible customer service.n I recommend the food. It is good but they need to do something about their customer service. Now, with their employees teach them how to smile, interact with the people that are Buying the food so they can have a job.But I will be still going to the Wendy’s.On prince and campbell but if that young man is there, I will request another employee.Hopefully next time there will be better customer service

I think this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. We did drive through at about 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The order was three cheeseburgers and four frostys. Not only did they get the toppings on all of the hamburgers wrong (e.g., missed putting ketchup and mustard on a basic burger with no other toppings or gave a miniscule squirt of mustard on one) the meat was cold, the cheese unmelted, and the buns were clearly past their prime. Management needs to take a close look on what the heck is going on. I will never go back to this location. My very hungry kids didn’t even finish the burgers because they were so gross.

They cooked the hambuger right away & then the fish sandwitch.
The hambuger were stone cold & there were no workers around to help us. Will never go to Wendy’s again.

I ordered Wendy’s on DoorDash. I ordered a pecan salad, 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets, a Carmel crunch frosty, and an Oreo frosty. When I received my order it did not contain a salad. Which I was charged for. The frosties were both chocolate frosties. So I asked DoorDash to reorder my items. When I messaged my DoorDash driver he said it was very slow and he was the only one in the lobby. He also stated they did not have any salad. I got credit for the first order being slow as well. When I received my second order. I got what I think was an Oreo frosty and another chocolate frosty. I will not be going to or ordering from this Wendy’s ever again! Service was terrible. I do not blame DoorDash for this at all. They helped me. But this fast food place is horrible.

One of the night time drive thru guys with the beanie was quite challenged when trying to take my order and at the end, he was also, oh so petty lol I had to repeat my order multiple times for a sour cream and chive potato (it’s on the menu that way) w/ NO chives. He was talking too fast, I couldn’t understand him and even his co-worker was right there outside probably could hear me asking over and over for SPECIFICALLY, a SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE POTATO WITH “NO” CHIVES. He kept talking over me and assuming what I wanted to order. I pay at the window then he tells me to pull forward to wait for my order, which no one else was even there–no other car waiting in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. I waited way too long and when he comes out, he has my bag folded over nice and tight. I thank him and leave. I immediately wonder if I should trust my food ’cause I could see the attitude in his face. I get home and open the tightly folded bag to see NO SOUR CREAM after I ABC’D the order to him It ain’t my fault that he was in such a hurry to go back outside with his friend by the drive thru. Oh so petty, it probably made his night lol
