Drive thru cashier was super rude, pretty sure it was the manager. Immediately answered with a tone, and it got worse when we ordered nuggets.. nuggets.. all you have to do is fry them. As a fast food worker myself, I know it’s frustrating coming close to close, but we were there an hour before close, we didnt order anything big either. If you’re going to work fast food and customer service, especially as a manager, you should at least enjoy your job.

I will say that they never if ever mess up our orders and are always very friendly. I do not like that they have you move up to the stairs to wait for your food. Not because I have to wait but because you block the stairs for customers coming out and they get angry at you and when you are the car behind the waiting car it is hard to maneuver out of the line. There is barely any room between you and that car. It really is odd and my least favorite thing at this location.

Stood at the counter forever with 6 employees ignoring me. I had time to count so I know. Even had Hannah the “manager” walk by more concerned with clocking out and getting HER food versus acknowledging me and taking my order. Multiple people showed up in line behind me, there’s a line of people waiting to get their food. What a joke of an operation. If you want fast food this place isn’t it. Pretty unacceptable for a franchise. I’ll NEVER come back here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Friendly service, but long wait. We only ordered a few items and waited for a long time. They were not busy inside. Went up to the counter and food was sitting in kitchen, wasn’t warm and they gave me the wrong sauce for nuggets

Had lunch 12/30/25 and the place looked clean guy at the register we assume it’s the manager was very friendly and interactive with the customers. Food was hot and reasonably priced for what we got. The only bad thing is most of the tables were dirty but they were being cleaned as we left.

Love knowing I’m getting a real meat hamburger when I go to Wendy’s. Service is always good. My biggest complaint about this particular Wendy’s is the corporate greed, in that we can order the same exact things in Tucson and pay $10 less.
