I am not against review bombing if there is a good reason for it. This location has messed up my order a couple of times, but they have recently gotten better.
I’m not rating the Wendy’s brand 1 star, I’m rating this location 1 star. They have started charging $0.55 per sauce now, in an extremely anti-consumer move; almost like they are a local, family owned business, and their sauce is something they have to home make every morning. Hopefully they revert this change. I’ve never had to pay for sauce at any fast food restaurants, and I never will.

I like Wendy’s but not sure this is a corporate thing or just this location but they are so cheap they are now charging for extra sauce. They don’t tell you until you are asking for some after getting your food and so I had to get back in line to order more.
Location was also dirty and speakers were blown.

Came for the spongebob promotion. While 12$ can be a bit pricey for what I’m about to call a, “millennial meal” I ordered it as a double, the zesty dressing used in the sandwich was a pleasant surprise and 100% worth stealing it’s recipe for. The Vanilla Pineapple frosty is perfect, although a bit too thick for the straws here. If straws aren’t your think, you’ve got hot fluffy fries to help you scoop it up!
The highlights are the Spongebob stickers and (I guess) a free promotional 30 days of paramount+

I came through the drive thru today for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a baconator meal. My spicy chicken didn’t have toppings on it, and my baconator had no bacon on it. I also didn’t receive straws for my drinks or barbecue that I asked for. I hope this error can be corrected. I attempted to call the store but the phone just rings and no one ever answers. The order was $27 for two meals and both were made wrong.

Every time I come to this location, I always get terrible service and the food is always subpar. If you want people to be rude to you everytint like a Karen’s Diner, this is your place.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 bowls of the sausage gravy, and when I looked in the bag, I noticed there were only 2 containers of gravy. I went in to get what I ordered. I was told she decided instead of giving me what I ordered she decided to give me 2 larger containers of gravy. I told her that was not what I ordered and I wanted to have 4 separate gravies. Instead of fixing the issue she argued with me told me it was the same quantity. It took awhile of saying that’s not what I ordered she told me that she could give me 2 containers and I can separate it myself. I should have separated it there because when I went home I separated it and the containers are barely half full. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this restaurant.

Came here with my kids to order ice cream around 7pm on 8/12/25 and we waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged to place an order. There was atleast 6 people working in the back and no one taking orders. I walked over to one of the workers and asked when we would be able to place an order. A white male worker said “ it would be awhile”… mind you the drive through was empty and there was only two people in the dinning area. I immediately left and drove through the drive thru (NO line) and was able to place an order and receive my food. This Wendy’s needs to work on it organizational management and customer service.
