Walked in around 545pm. No one is in side eating. Guy on a head set just looks at me a few times and ignores a paying customer. Never asked are you ready to order. Had to walk out. Get better employees Wendy’s.

I have $70 on my app and mgr couldn’t figure out how to apply it. Tried ordering 3 different times. He even called his GM. No one knew. I had 2 very hungry toddlers and was in store for over an hour trying to figure it out.

They always do well here, with quick turnaround. The only time I ever was missing something (fries), they upgraded the size for me. Solid service and always get the food out quickly.

Ome of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Been on 4 occasions, and each time I’ve been, food is mever especially hot. Fries and nuggets seemingly fried in several day old oil leaving a dark coloring on the fried food. Sandwiches seem to be dry as if they’ve been under a heater for several hours. Go to a different Wendy’s

Check your receipt. Last night I was charged for someone else’s order that was 3x more expensive than mine. I actually asked for a receipt because it was a business expense but didn’t check it until this morning, so no way to prove it I suppose. Food was also cold and the new tenders were way over cooked (stick with the nuggets).

I lived on Wendy’s when I lived in Ohio and I’m happy to report the quality holds up in Scottsdale. Midweek drive through was empty at 7:45 pm. Food was perfect. Any burger can be served on a pretzel bun.

Spent $20 dollars on food but was told I have to pay 50 cents for a packet of ranch since sauce isn’t included with fries. Ashley the cashier was extremely rude and even told me I can just have ketchup for free
