Went here a few nights ago and asked for some French fries but instead got bacon or whatever the heck this is. Theresa the night manager should not be in charge or if anything working since she couldn’t even understand what I was saying to her! They even forgot half of my friend’s order too so it’s safe to say if you want a Wendy’s, avoid this location please!

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen! Shame …
1. The bathrooms(both) filthy, leaky water dripping from the ceiling as I attempted to wash my hands,
2. NO SOAP, NO PAPER TOWELS, STICKY FLOORS THROUGHOUT!
3. SO very disgusting, I summoned a “manager” , I’ve been off for a week…it’s 4pm in the afternoon! Obviously not even the workers wash their hands !!!
4. I had him follow me to see the MESS…and opened the 2nd Family washroom where a broken cabinet of ?? Open to to the elements of yet another mess.
5. A worker stood outside smoking a cigarette as I entered.
6. Dirty, entry way, cigarette butt’s everywhere.
Employee moral Obviously low as for this to occur in South Chandler, I would never have known if ordered from the drive through.
Very sad workers handling food for others.
Makes one think. Inspectors Take note.

Absolutely horrible customer service tonight. My wife went to pick up our food around 9:20 PM and was helped by an employee named Olivia, who had a terrible attitude from the start. When asked simple questions, she rolled her eyes, was rude, and even shoved the bag of food at us.
To make things worse, my meal was supposed to come with ranch, which she forgot to include — then charged extra for it anyway. On top of that, our side of fries was missing from the order.
This experience deserves zero stars. I’ll be contacting the store in the morning to get this issue resolved, but this kind of service is completely unacceptable.

I just got my mayo hamburger. These fast food restaurants don’t take any pride in serving their food. Just big blobs of condiments loaded on the burger. Bread is soggy, and the appearance is dissatisfying. These places really need to start taking pride in what they serve, or the restaurants will lose customers and eventually close business.

This site should not have been open today. After I ordered and paid, had to notify the manager there were hundreds of flies in the dining room. She said that pest control would be there tomorrow but at the time, the flies were all in the kitchen, crawling on the freestyle soda nozzle, and then all over our food once we got it. Absolutely disgusting.
I get that outbreaks can happen but for healths sake, close until the problem is remediated.
That whole place needs to be scrubbed down, including the freestyle machine.

Been here a few times after skyzone- the staff are so rude and miserable, if you don’t want to work customer service….leave!
The franchise owner should know, you’re losing customers because of irresponsible and rude staff.

The food here is hit or miss. More than once I’ve got (very) cold, old fries. This last visit they were out of ice tea (was informed after I’d already ordered & paid for it). I didn’t want another drink but they had no way to refund me so I just lost the $4. Then, I’d ordered a caesar salad & they gave me ranch dressing instead of caesar. I was home before I noticed. This was a real bummer. I tried to eat w ranch but it wasn’t good at all so I was unable to eat most of it. Very disappointing!

Baked potatoes are on the menu, and you can order them, but you’re getting fries anyway. Why would they be available at 5:45 on a Sunday when they could be sitting in the oven and not be ready for another hour?

I arrived just as the high school across the street let out for lunch so of course they were quickly inundated. The staff handled it well. Calmly and as efficiently as possible confirming my order for accuracy before handing it to me. And the baked potato was the bomb with pieces of real bacon. Not bacon bits. Kudos to management and staff on this day.

We went and they were all so rude rolled there eyes he threw my suaces all on my plate they took at least 15 mins to take my order and they were all just sitting around our fries took atheist 10 mins and then there was food all over the floor soda machine is nasty.
