My wife and I pop in here every once in a while for a junior cheeseburger and a diet soda (they have a freestyle machine and 19oz drinks are only $1.49). Always a pleasure. BUT THE REAL REASON FOR THIS 5 STAR REVIEW, Was that I just happened to catch an act of exceptional customer service. A drive through customer had just left the drive-thru and was getting ready to turn onto the main Street, when one of the Wendy’s coworkers named Ian said in the back “did he get his ranch?” After a momentary pause, I saw Ian run out to the man’s truck to go hand deliver the ranch that was missing from his order. 99% of people in this world would have just said “ah well… He doesn’t get ranch today”, but Ian is that 1% who felt that it mattered. Super impressed. Way to go Wendy’s!

Wendy’s drive-thru was quick, and the staff were super friendly. The fish fillet sandwich was thick, juicy, and came with cheese and lettuce definitely felt like good value. Totally hit the spot for the fish sandwich craving I had that day.

The manager was rude to employs rude to me as a customer in the drive through. Was rushing everyone didn’t even get my order correct but was in such a hurry to get out. I feel sorry who worked the evening shift.

The fries a d chicken nuggets were great. The fries were well seasoned and stayed crunchy. The Double Stack was not great. The pickles have been my favorite compared to similar establishments, however these were too sweet. The bread had a flavor to it as well, a sweet flavor I can’t put my finger on.

I’m not one to complain, but as a former fast food manager, I don’t think this is okay. hell I even smoked on the job too, but I wasn’t dumb to let customers see! Bacon double stack was missing bacon and it was so cold/ the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken nuggets were so old and rubbery!. Also the door remained propped open after everyone went inside, and after we got food it was still open! Easy opportunity for a thief! Store was spotless. The young lady who took our order was attentive, friendly and got the order right. The wife and I are older and have dietary restrictions but she accommodated us with no problem. The food was fresh and delicious.

Visited with my two kids. Front cashier did not greet us and took awhile to complete our order. Food took longer than usual to come out. Kid meals did not come in kid meal bags. Cashier said they did not have any. Food waited on trays for awhile and were not hot. Still tasted good but service was overall below expectations.
