This location has a friendly group of staff who all seem to enjoy their job! And I haven’t seen that in a very long time. They were very polite and smiley. I had placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. The person at the drive through read my whole order with the modifications to confirm they had everything right. However, they didn’t do any of the modifications I requested and the burger was extremely salty. Great staff but poor attention to detail on the cooks part.

I arrived at Wendy’s at 1:52 AM to place my order. While the other staff members were prepared to assist me, a woman named Elizabeth, who was wearing a red t-shirt and glasses, was quite disrespectful and unwilling to take my order. I have a full video recording of the incident that clearly shows what happened. If management truly values customer service and wants to retain loyal customers, they should address this behavior. Terrible service!!! Waited in line behind a couple as 3 employees went by totally ignoring us. No one acknowledged us. Not one apologized or said we will be right with you. I finally had it and left for another Wendy’s that was busy, but fast and efficient with a lot of customers. Don’t come here!

I have been coming to this Wendy’s for the past five years at least three times a week. Normally I do not have any problems. This morning I ordered biscuits and gravy and it’s like they dumped milk on the biscuits and didn’t even put any gravy on it at all. The breakfast sandwich was terrible. The egg was like chewing plastic.

This has been one of my worst experiences, I have ever received at any restaurant. I will never come here again at any time of my life. Not only is there chicken under cooked to the point that you are likely to receive giardia, they are obstinate, rude and there is active pestilence and roaches in the kitchen, i saw lit rodents on the floor. I pray to God that some form of investigation is formed against not only the entire restaurant, but the business manager that is here, as it stands. The food is at a point of not only is it, not fit for service, it is not fit for human consumption. Nor would I feed this to my dog.
