Got there at 9:30pm on Wednesday night 3/4, asked them if they had any potatoes left because this Wendy’s never has potatoes at night. They said no, it would be a 30 min wait so I said nevermind and ordered the rest of my food. When I got to the window they said “actually we do have potatoes, we just checked the oven” (why didn’t you check when I asked) I said great thanks, he told me to pull forward and he would bring me my food since there was one person behind me and apparently my food was going to take a while. Several minutes later he finally brings me my food and I asked him specifically “is the sour cream in here?” For the potato because I didn’t see it, and he said yes it is, everything is in there. I should’ve kept searching for it because I get home and no, I’m missing my sour cream and the potato that they’ve “salvaged” for me should’ve been free because it is inedible. Attaching a pic, I threw the “potato” away. Huge waste of my time and money. Don’t go here there are many other fast food places next door.

Not very impressed with this order. Both of our burgers were DRENCHED in sauce, making the bread extremely soggy and gross. I know it’s fast food and you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous.

Ongoing saga of getting a refund from mobile order when items not available at store and wanting to cancel entire order. Onsite staff says contact Wendy’s Customer Care. Customer Care says the store is responsible. Store GM says they will give me a free meal (sorry not what I want) and that they can’t process refund go to customer care for mobile app refunds. Back to customer care who says they have forwarded instructions on how to process a refund to the store team and to please “reach out to your Division Technology Manager if you need further assistance”. All I know is it’s Tuesday and I haven’t gotten my refund for an order placed Saturday. BEWARE. DON’T ORDER THROUGH MOBILE APP.

Just went here the guy taking orders didn’t listen to us when we ordered, couldn’t hear number 3. Even though we said it three times. Then when we got to the window we went to use our rewards and he threw his hands in the air and shut the window on us. Deffinely someone who would put their finger in your food. I won’t support a business with employees with this terrible customer service.

Absolute worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get our food with nobody else in the lobby or in the drive thru. They forgot food and then gave me attitude terrible representation for Arizona on our first trip here.

Lazy workers and Manager stated they wouldn’t do a meal deal order in the store without an app order. I also called another Wendy’s and they said they do it in stores. We have done it so many times at a handful of locations, including this one. They didn’t care to help anyway and were not respectful. This manager was a younger male and seemed to be a little out of it. My husband I felt unwelcome.

Except for the cashier, who had trouble with speaking English, this would have been rated higher. Public facing personnel really need to be conversant in American English.
Both the dining room, the floors throughout, and the restrooms could do with cleaning.

Probably my least helpful review; unless you find yourself in this particular situation. I placed an online order less than 40 minutes ago, at 10:40 pm. The store closes at 11-I live 5 minutes away. I get an email saying “all we need is you!”’….to pick up your order. I pull up to the window of the drive through at 10:54 by my car and cell phone clocks. I sit while workers walk by the window. One notices me at 5 minutes before closing. He doesn’t open the window so I assume he’s finishing my order. Another couple minutes go by and at 10:58 a guy looks at me and gives me the “cut throat” sign meaning no! stop! We’re closed! I sat another minute hoping and drove away at 10:59 and called Wendy’s 888 number to a please call back recording. Whooooo if they charge me account!!!! Tatum Blvd and E Cactus
