When I come to this location and the young man Shayden is working drive thru I am met with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for awhile now because not once or twice, but a handful of times, my food has been correct, hot and made great. Shayden most definitely shined through ever time. He seems to genuinely care that you’re experience and care is top notch. Kudos to you to you man, keep up the excellent work.

The employee that helped us at the drive thru was excellent, he’s going places if he wants to.
The food so much worse than any other Wendy’s I’ve been to and I had guests with me from Taiwan that had fond memories of Wendy’s when it was there when they were a kid. Now their fondness of Wendy’s is gone.

Great place everyone is nice been there a lot haven’t had any bad run ins. The food is fresh way better than McDonald’s. Thankfully they started doing the fusions I don’t have to go to McDonald’s with the broken machine

I went through the drive-through late at night and was helped by Carlos, and he absolutely went above and beyond. He was kind, professional, and made sure my order was perfect, even at such a late hour. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving great service. Carlos turned a quick stop into a really positive experience — y’all are lucky to have him!

Do not try to use their app. I tried it for a free chicken nugget or something. I went through the drive-through. They told me to go park outside. 20 minutes later I went to the window. And they treated me like I was the problem. Do not eat at this restaurant. These people are fools. I will never eat there again I don’t recommend you eat here again either other. I am concerned about the culture and the menu at Wendy’s. It seems like the selection is not what it used to be the junior bacon cheeseburger that was a dollar is now close to five dollars. I just don’t love the fact that everything has changed so much and that you can’t really expect what I feel like you used to.

Located right next to the Inn that I stayed, and other restaurants were at least 15 mins walk… I simply had no choice but to get Wendy’s.
Thankfully Baconator Combo gave me a surprise. It tasted great though in the description it said that there should be 6 bacon and I am not entirely sure whether I had these numbers of bacon in my burger….
Convenient place to go and grab a quick dinner. I could order directly from the machine which saved me lots of time…. But the order number screen seems not working today which might have caused a bit of trouble….

I asked for a crispy chicken BLT and they gave me chicken patty with one single tiny lettuce leaf, they didn’t add the bacon, the tomato or the cheese, but they charged me as if they did, I hope the manager takes some action on this and fire the person doing burger on Saturday 16 November 2024 at 8:44 pm

I love the chili and wrap from Wendy’s, but It was way too cold in the store, plus need to wait a bit longer than other store for ordering the food so I would recommend ordering online in advance.
