Ordered a salad, seemed to be fine, but once I got home, realized that was ice cold, and the lettuce was old, seemed like was previously canceled and resold to me.

A while ago I placed an online order and on the app I didn’t see ghost pepper ranch. So when got there I asked them about it and the lady at the window said they still have it but they charge 50¢ for it because it comes in a bigger size. I paid for it but instead of 50¢ they charged me a whole dollar. They handed me the sauce and I quickly put them in my bag because I realized I was holding up the line. When I got home I checked my bags and I noticed I had no ghost pepper ranch but rather the hot and spicy ranch they offer on their app FOR FREE. I paid 1 dollar for a sauce they discontinued and the lady lied to my face and scammed me. I was really sad and disappointed because I do enjoy this Wendy’s, especially the night crew. I don’t understand how a mix up like this happened but I’m sad to say I will no longer dine here.

Sticky floors by the drink stations but I’m sure they will get it soon. They got the order correct which is always a relief (speaking as a mom with kids). Everything else was clean and we didn’t have to wait in line at all.

We come here quite a bit, usually have a good experience. I often forget to put dipping sauce on my order and they give me some when I ask right after getting our food. Last week though the lady said “that will be 52¢ please?”
“Even with our meal?”
She said “you didn’t ask for sauce with your nuggets when you ordered but ok.” She mentioned they have changed their rules and left the counter. I thought it was really odd and kind of rude. Like I walked in their pretending to be a customer just to steal sauces or something.
It’s annoying cause all the other times here have been decent, other than sometimes getting a half bad salad.

The staff here are really friendly and while it is Wendy’s food, I was pleased that this location offers the family size chili. Very tasty chilly and they provided more than enough shredded cheese and onions! It’s also nice that this location is close to the interstate. So you can exit, grab some tasty Wendy’s, and be right back on the road!

Omar was working the counter tonight. That guy deserves a raise! He was extremely pleasant and nice. He acted like he genuinely enjoyed his job. I ordered, then ate. Then, I ordered again to eat more food. Every time I came up to the counter for my receipt, water cups, ranch, and BBQ sauce. He never acted upset. He smiled every single time!
This is a rare thing to find nowadays.

I like my order pretty customized. I said it twice at the order window exactly how I wanted it and of course, when I got up to the window, it was wrong and when I told the manager, she had a whole lot of attitude about it and I don’t understand that when I wasn’t in the wrong, they were never again while I go back to the store. It’s not worth it. It’s not worth the attitude. It’s not worth the ignorant people and the food was wrong.

Great food as far as Wendy’s go. Very clean but too small for a comfortable lunch with friends.
This location is new and you can tell they are still working out a few bumps and improving their ability to deliver accurate and fast orders.

I understand that you know they’re busy in the morning, but maybe you need to hire more employees or pay them better. Either way the service was not very good. I had to continuously ask for ketchup, sugar, and creamer for my coffee let alone my coffee I had to ask for it before they sent me on my way in the drive-through And when I kept asking for more stuff since it was not in my bag, the lady kept getting irritated every time I kept asking for something so she probably needs to learn how to make sure everything is in the bag if she doesn’t want to get irritated with requests if she done her job properly the first time
