Burger came out with one small strip of lettuce. Literally (see pic). Creepy, hollow environment. Nice speakers on ceiling yet so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Cold in dining room. Ketchup dispenser broken. No ketchup for fries. This was my first (and last) time here. Kinda sad cuz we were all so excited about a new joint opening up in Ephraim. Pass this one up and go to the Malt Shoppe down further in town. It is ran by locals and a better environment to enjoy.

I live close to this Wendy’s and it started out great, but over the last few months has gone way down hill. For some reason they switched to shredded lettuce which has had more wilted lettuce and is not as good. The chicken has been smaller pattys and the service has missed items a lot more.
I gotta tell the owners, speed does not matter if the food starts to suck. Ill go over to Arbys and wait 20 min for fresh frys and chicken.
Ill fix this review if it gets better. Please go back to full heads of lettuce and good tomatoes.

Reviews of this location tend to be very polarizing.
As someone who lives nearby, and eats here regularly this franchise is run of the mill fast food.
I would say that for the most part the food I receive is above average in both price, speed, and quality, all things considered.
The people making 1 star reviews complaining about wait times or forgotten items, have never worked a day in food service.
For the people who are making 3 star reviews, you’re genuinely psychotic. No one should eat a burger, then say: “That was mid, I’ll take time out of my day to write a 3 star review”.
Personally I find myself situation with time to kill between work, and happen to have stumbled upon the all so common 3 star page of a fast food restaurant.
The point of this review is to set the record straight, the reason I choose to patronize Wendy’s over the McDonald’s across town and the Arby’s on the other side of the street. Is because the entire experience from ordering on the app, to picking up my greasy Baconator at the window, Then driving home to eat it, Is because it’s better. All around, full stop.
If you order on the app, and show up around 5 minutes after placing your order. You will get your food instantly, if there is someone in line who didn’t order on the app with a large order. Often times they will bump them up a car space so you can pick up your food.
Very good Wendy’s in Ephraim, you did what was reasonably asked of you

I would readily give a solid 4 stars to this new Wendy’s that just opened up in Ephraim. It has since become my go-to spot for a quick and mouth-watering meal.
The menu is what you would expect from Wendy’s, a robust array of delicious fast food with their renowned seasoning and fresh ingredients. My order arrived perfectly cooked and definitely met my expectations in terms of flavor and quality.
However, the restaurant fell a little short when it came to the waiting time. People don’t go to fast food joints for a slow dining experience and unfortunately, the service was slower than I had desired. But don’t despair just yet. I discovered a hack – using their app to place your order ahead of time can save you from a significant portion of the wait.
The restaurant, overall, definitely has a lot of potential. Once they sort out the kinks in the service time, I believe they’ll be on par with some of the best Wendy’s outlets I’ve been to. So Ephraim, let’s welcome this new addition to our town with open hearts and a bit of patience!

Staff is good, trying to be nice.
4 people at the kitchen, but it is too slow to make order ready. I ordered coffee and cookie, it takes about 7 minutes to get order. It was 4 person in a line. You can choose and buy online, but I didn’t receive a receipt. I did not see option to print a receipt.
Inside I saw 5 flies, it’s not OK
When I was sitting on the table, I saw that my coffee was spilled, cup was dirty. It definitely was not me.

I went to the drive through, they messed up my order. I got the chili cheese fries but they forgot the chili. I also ordered 6pc spicy nuggets and didn’t receive my nuggets only the carton. I am very disappointed . But thank god they didn’t forget my ranch for the nuggets. They didn’t mess up my spicy chicken sandwich this time.

I might be their best customer. I’m on the carnivore diet so I eat they’re nearly every day. I’ve went to other lots of Wendy’s before, and none of them taste as good as this one. Service is always friendly and prompt. I’m friends with a couple of the managers and they are awesome! I was really surprised when it had such a low ratings. I think some people can never be pleased No matter what you do!

The team member that took our order, Seline, was so nice and so attentive. Had a great experience at this location and wanted to call out Seline specifically. The dining room was really clean and well stocked. Our food came out fast and was prepared well. Would stop by here again!
