These guys have gotten better, by far, over the last few months. I usually come during the night shift and I’ll tell you what, those guys are seriously striving for happy customers they’re always friendly and happy to help. My nuggets are always piping hot and super fresh. Night shift at this place is awesome!

I pretty much never write negative reviews like this, but this did rub me the wrong way. I’m on a soft food diet at the moment and figured Wendy’s chili was probably the only fast food I could eat. I was in a bit of a rush so I figured I’d pop in to Wendy’s. Typically I go through the drive through, but since I had to use the restroom, I figured the dining room would be faster. And I sure was wrong. I stood there for probably 5 minutes or so with nobody acknowledging me. Someone walked up to toward the POS, and I walked forward to finally order, only to be told they had drive through orders they needed to work on. Like 5 or 6 people back there and nobody could take one second to take my order? I waited at least 5 more minutes, probably closer to 10, with no more acknowledgement. Ultimately, as I had somewhere I needed to be urgently, I just left. Didn’t even get to have a meal on my busy day unfortunately. Perhaps their drive through is better as they clearly prioritize that? Maybe they should just close the dining room if they’re going to ignore patrons in there. Again, I’ve worked food service and I’m super understanding and prefer to give the benefit of the doubt. This definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth (or, perhaps none at all haha!).

Drive through employee at 12:40 pm March 6 was rude and hurrying me as I was trying to put my money away. My hamburger was ketchup and mayo only but there was still lettuce on it and in the wrapper like they just wiped it off. It had literally about 3 tablespoons of mayo and ketchup. The fries tasted like old grease and they were cold already. No no nope. People wonder why we all started bringing home lunch to work its not just the money it’s the service, product, gas and the money That’s wasted. Who can afford that these days.

Worst Wendy’s ever. I’ve been here like 10 times and each time they manage to just give me a wrong order or missing items. some night shift employees are really not in the mood be working I guess and gets mad if u get a “Big” order (2 meals with some extras) Wendy’s needs to train better their crew or just get a new crew that knows how to work in costumer service.

I can see why this Wendy’s is rated so low, now. Went there at night. They got the nuggets and fries order correct, but we also got plain patties (which you have to pay for a sandwich and get them plain, now, instead of just ordering the sandwich), with fresh onion on the side. She asked which cheese, not hearing us, and we said no cheese, onion, we said onion at least once more to clarify. Well, no onion, and they gave us cheese.
We also asked for the Thin Mint frosty, but when we got up to the window the girl gave us a chocolate one. We tried to correct it, but the girl had an attitude. A different girl asked if we wanted to wait for one nugget, because we got a 20, but they were short and it’d take a minute to fry them up, but we said it was fine. She was nice, the other girl was really short with us and didn’t seem to want to be there.

It’s a fast food restaurant so expectations should be low. We ordered ahead and still waited over 5 minutes for our food to be made. Food was thrown in the bag half unwrapped, if you order an item with bacon instead of sasuage, you’ll still get sasuage. The manager basically tosses you your food when its finally ready. Bad experience overall.

Horrible experience every time I come to the drive through.
Got pulled forward and waited over 10 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
There was not a single person in line behind me or inside of the restaurant.
After waiting patiently for over 10 minutes to have my food brought out to me, I went inside the lobby.
I proceeded to state that I have been waiting outside for several minutes.
The two managers come up to me, one proceeds to approach me with an unserious demeanor.
He laughs and jokes stating that “minutes” is nothing to wait for fast food. Then slams a box of sauces on the counter.
I am so disappointed in Wendy’s management.
