It was really quick and the food was delicious but it’s the little things at this point. Every time I go I end up either missing a sauce, spoon or straw, how hard is it to put a straw in a bag! The man at the window is always very impolite and clearly does not want to work there. If you ask for sauce they won’t even end up putting it in the bag. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst Wendy’s ever! Not sure why we keep trying it again. I guess hoping it gets better. Everyone that works there seems to hate their job! No smiles, no hellos, they speak over you at the drive up, and just keep saying “is that everything” after each menu item is ordered. You verify at the window your sauces are correct. They say yes, but shocker.. you get home and they’re not and neither is your food. Corporate really needs to make some changes at this location.

While I love eating Wendy’s food especially there chili cheese fries I do wish that restaurants would leave it open for customers like myself that don’t eat much for breakfast sometimes and would rather have a plain cheeseburger with chili cheese fries for breakfast. But noooo we have to wait u til a certain time of 1030 before we can order this. I know this isn’t new but it’s a pain in the rear especially when you go out of your way to go to a certain restaurant only to be disappointed. Needless to say I didn’t order anything to eat this morning from Wendy’s and I’m sorry for the 1 star but in this instance it is warranted.

Today, 6/20/23 before I even left the drive thru I had to ask for new fries. They were disgusting! I had barrowed a neighbor’s car to run there by the way. Get home from dropping car off and go to eat my food and it’s cold and gross and not what I ordered. Plus I have no car to take it back…. My sweet daughter drives all the way in from Ogden to take my food back and decides she will get her and my grandson food too. Gets back mine is right…. Her’s…… WRONG! This isn’t the first time and it’s getting ridiculous. Pay over $13 for food and then it’s wrong!!! Do better!!!!

The guy taking orders at the drive thru window was very passive aggressive towards my husband and kept cutting him off as he tried to continue making our order. He had a very rude tone from the start. Over all I don’t think I would ever go back to this location.

We live nearby and have nothing but issues with this location. Forgotten fries, burgers, and Chilli all make the list. Check your own order before you leave. I can count on one hand the amount of times they got it all correct. Tonight they left out an order of fries, nuggets, and a Chilli. Burned again. Terrible excuse of a fast food location. The people are not always the nicest either. Stay away.
