We love this Wendy’s. We stop almost every time we travel from Idaho to Utah for lunch, which is a lot. The food is always hot and delicious, we always get plenty of napkins, and she nails all of the sauces and extras.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this Wendy’s, but they seem to struggle quite a bit. I placed my order and when I got to the window, the bag felt light. I checked and it wasn’t even my order. I handed it back and let them know. They put my order together again, and I assumed it was correct this time, but I was still missing half of it.
If you’re going to take people’s money, the least you can do is make sure the order is accurate. This isn’t a one-time issue either, it happens frequently here. On top of that, the food is hit or miss and often arrives cold. Definitely frustrating.

Shout out to Jayden! Forgive me if I spelled it wrong. She greeted us quickly upon arrival. With a smile! When she took our order she was friendly and helpful. The order we got was accurate. I hope supervision will give her some recognition.
We originally went to the North Ogden location and we were ignored. We were the only ones at the counter and we stood there for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged but still not taking our order. There were plenty of employees behind the counter and even someone at the register. We left the North Ogden location and went to the Farr West location.

Things were plain and simple for a long time, but the manager has made some weird changes so now my lunch is very late every day. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to show up and get somebody’s attention to pull up my mobile order? Instead of being ready it’s now 10-20 minutes of waiting afterwards.
Also, stop putting so many stickers on everything, I don’t need sticky paper in my drink when I’m picking up my own food.

The food is reliably good and fresh, but plan for a wait. Every time I come here I would not classify it as ‘fast’ food. I, on average, wait 15 minutes for my order. Goid food for Wendy’s but don’t stop if you are in a rush

Their slogan says quality matters but in reality it is the opposite. Food was not fresh. Gave me wrong sandwich and I had to return to change it. The new sandwich they gave me, wasn’t fresh as well. Nothing was like the pictures btw.

If this place was a machine, it has missed the last 10 oil changes. Every single time it is slower than slow. The manager doesn’t care. Nobody cares. At this point the only reason it is still in business is because there is a charging station next to it. And people don’t know it’s the worst ran Wendys ever.

I love the entire crew they are great Hattie made this food for me tonight also I ate my food 2 in a half hrs after they closed it’s still bomb its always made with love ♡ Cj and Maria are the best u guys rock.. even tho they are short staffed I leave with a smile everytime als o Anthony and selene are awesome too.. My dog was barking like a lunatic at another dog when I was going through the drive through. My wife and I were super embarrassed when we were talking to them. Instead of getting annoyed with us, they complemented our dog and gave us free nuggets to come him down. Wonderful service for a Wendy’s.
