Seriously guys!? Pay for a large fry and you only fill it halfway up. What a joke. I expect a refund. This wendys puts Logan wendys to shame and I’ve never had any problems before today but this is literally scamming people out of their money…. Shame shame

Food was served fast. I ordered a $5 biggie bag which turned out to be $8, but no big deal. After the biggie bag I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, but that’s not what I got, even though it was still good. Employees wouldn’t put the full name on the order when requested to. 4 stars for food, 4 stars for service, 5 stars for atmosphere.

I love Wendy’s fries! Always hot and fresh! However, I only gave a 4 because I do not like pickles on chicken. And I always forget that they put them on there now. Other than that it’s a great place to eat. I’ve been eating here since they built this store. 23 or 24 years now?

Worst wendys ever, our hamburger was old , our nuggets were soggy, I’m pretty sure they had been microwaved. And the fries had been sitting for a really long time. Don’t go there unless you want nasty reheated food.

My daughter likes Wendy’s food but being without Frosties for over a week??? Opened my hamburger, charged over $26 for two medium combos for an adult and child but instead of lettuce leaf, slice of tomato and slice of onion….. I got two thin onion round pieces on a double hamburger. Outrageous price for minimum service at Smithfield shop. We don’t go to Logan shop because it’s older, run down and dirty. I only go back because my daughter likes Wendy’s food tastes.

Didn’t have a great experience. Food was less than mediocre. Sandwich poorly assembled and barely warm. The fries soggy and looked as if oil had not been changed for a long long time. Plenty of idle workers. Unfortunately, not the first time for this experience at Wendy’s.

This is how my $10 Dave’s double combo arrived, smashed, oil soaked bun, and with the incorrect toppings? I took one bit and passed on the rest. The new fries are definitely better though. The highschool kids that work here are either under trained or just don’t care what the food leaving the kitchen looks/taste like. I think the owner needs to do a few surprise inspections and “clean house” on the problems.

We ordered online on their app and when we picked it up they told us they didn’t have that kind of a specialty hamburger and offered to make another one, different style but then they didn’t follow any of the instructions in the order or change the price.(No mayo, pickles, onions etc.) And although the french fries were nice and hot, they were very stingy filling the large size container.

Stopped in for some quick dinner. The place was not busy at all. Everything was clean, including the men’s restroom. The customer service was outstanding. Our order did not take long to be ready, I was impressed! I had heard that Wendy’s had new fries and I was excited to try them. I don’t know why but they seemed to be slightly better to me. The burger was just ok, it was not very warm.
