There was a guy in the back that kept clapping driving me nuts I asked him to quit and he did it more then the lady taking the orders was talking so stinking fast I couldn’t understand her the food was hot and fresh atmosphere was great just wish I didn’t have to hear Mr clapper in the back and it really makes me mad when I asked people to quit and they do it more that’s infuriating

When we got to the drive thru after 11 there was a girl taking orders and some scrawny, nerdy dude… He kept getting VERY in her bubble, and it made me and my friend very uncomfortable. I don’t know what the girl staff’s feelings were, she looked nervous, but this guy was way, way to close to her physically… He definitely needed to back up.

Cache Valley Honesty
I stopped by this Wendy’s around 2:30 p.m. on August 26th. Honestly, I came out of convenience, even though I know better by now, because the service at this location is almost always a gamble. Still, I figured being earlier in the day, I’d get a fair shot at a decent experience. Instead, I paid $21 and got one of the worst ones yet.

I ordered two sandwiches and was only handed one. The one I got was obviously hours old—the mayo had started to turn clear, and the only part that was remotely warm was the bottom bun. From my own time working in fast food, I know exactly what that means: it had been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. It was disgusting, and honestly unsafe.

I showed it to the shift manager and told her this could seriously make someone sick. Her response? She shrugged, said “sorry,” and shut the window in my face. That was it. No effort to make it right, no concern at all.

I don’t expect perfection—I worked in fast food myself, and I know what it’s like behind the counter. But this wasn’t just a mistake. This was negligence. If I had eaten that sandwich, I could have ended up in the hospital. Imagine if it had been someone’s grandmother or someone with a weak immune system. That’s not just bad service—that’s dangerous.

At this point, I don’t understand how this location is still operating with how consistently careless the food and service are. I’ll be reporting this to health and safety, because people deserve better than to be served spoiled food with zero accountability.

Terrible service. Chick with braces needs to clean up and be more polite to customers. Management needs to step up. I asked for hot sauce and of none. Quit making excuses and actually make it happen

Food is always good and affordable. Employee today was new, AND AMAZING!!! you could tell she was uncomfortable, but knew who to get help from. Service was friendly. Food came out quickly and correct.

I have found this Wendy’s to be pretty solid and consistent. I’ve only had them mess up my order once. The food is usually pretty good and fairly cheap if you order the right things or take advantage of their deals and digital coupons.

I’ve had issues over the years with them running out of a lot of drinks in their one machine, especially Dr. Pepper. Sometimes the dining area can be quite dirty or cluttered.
Otherwise it’s usually a weekly stop for lunch at some point.

This is how my $10 Dave’s double combo arrived, smashed, oil soaked bun, and with the incorrect toppings? I took one bit and passed on the rest. The new fries are definitely better though. The highschool kids that work here are either under trained or just don’t care what the food leaving the kitchen looks/taste like. I think the owner needs to do a few surprise inspections and “clean house” on the problems.
