I ordered an Asiago chicken club combo. This is what I was given. I paid over $15 for this garbage that isn’t even edible. One bite and I couldn’t even bring myself to swallow it. The fries are burnt to a crisp but also saturated in what tastes like months old frying oil. There is no bacon, no Asiago and the cheap shredded lettuce is limp and bitter. The chicken is chewy and wet. This is inexcusable and needs to be brought to the higher ups. Don’t go to Wendy’s on 4700 S. in Taylorsville!

UPDATE: I was told that someone from the local franchise would reach out to me. It’s been 2 months and I have reached out to the corporate customer several times.
ORGINAL REVIEW: I ordered breakfast drive thru. I was told to go around to the main door to have my cooked sandwiches delivered to my car. I waited..waited…waited…and even more waiting. after 7 minutes nothing. I drove around the building no one in the drive thru window, no one in the lobby. I drove back to the spot and went inside. I cried out “hello” a few times but had no direct response to me. someone was chopping vegetables on the right back and someone was in cooking/grill area. that person barely acknowledged me. I asked where my sandwiches were. nothing had been done on them at all. the drive up cashier had been in the freezer. I left that store still so hungry. the McDonald’s down on Redwood got my business and I even paid more.

Ordered in drive thru, Guy working wouldn’t even look at me when paying for food, gave us frosty first then asked us to pull up and wait, after waiting for food we noticed sauces were missing and when going back through they tried charging us for them and then when getting home figured out they put wrong topping on burgers and frosty was melted. Also ordered a 6 piece nugget and they gave us half normal and half spicy

AWFUL service. Grown man taking our order continuously gave us attitude. We only ordered two biggie bags. Gave us regular nuggets instead of spicy, heavy sighs eye rolls and shutting window on us. When I asked for ONE ranch he demanded .50. I got my payment ready and he said “i don’t have enough time for this” and threw the ranch at us. There was ONE car behind us. Grown man btw, I’ve never been given this much attitude even from my 16 year old sister. DO BETTER.

We went at 11:15 am and we ordered two biggie bags. Same items. During the whole order, the guy taking our order was giving us attitude. We got our food 5 minutes later and we asked for some ranch. After giving more attitude, he asked us to pay .50¢ for our extra ranch. When getting our apple pay out, he sighs, says, “I don’t got enough time for this” and hands us our ranch aggressively. Had a good experience here. We accidentally spilled a large drink. ♀️ They were very kind about it and got the mess taken care of quickly and provided a new cup. I wish they had their fireplace on. ☺️

The food is fine; I’ve been there many times, but when calling to see if their hiring manager was there, they hung up immediately. All the person said was no. Considering their disrespect, who knows what they are doing to your food when you make them ‘angry.’ Would not go.

Wendy’s is alway a good go-to for a quick bite or to take kids/the family. This location particularly is always extremely clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and it’s always nice to pop in here to get out of the heat. I’m not generally a hamburgers/hot dog eater, which is why Wendy’s is a good fast food option since they offer baked potatos, chili and fresh salads too. There’s something here for everyone and there are vegetarian options as well.

I went through drive-thru today and decided to pay it forward and pay for the next two meals behind me. No good deed goes unpunished for sure. Language barrier made this very difficult. The cashier and the so called manager on duty didn’t speak English well. The manager dismissed the kind guy trying to explain What I was doing. Took way to long, and frustrating beyond belief.
