I ordered Baconator fries. They were completely cold in the center. Only the outside edges were warm. They were almost refrigerator cold. Additionally they didn’t even try to melt the cheese, and the fries were pretty soggy. This is the first bad batch I have gotten. This was also my first visit to this location.

Worst experience I ever had trying to pick up an order. Juan is the mgr. He first tells me it’s not ready and I need to wait ten more minutes. I wait, then he tries to tell me the order was stolen by someone else and to cancel the order and call door dash except he can’t speak English well enough to explain. I couldn’t understand anything he was saying. He had to get someone else to translate. How is Juan a manager? He was rude, wouldn’t re-make an order that was stolen. Mgr. Should at least be bi-lingual so people can understand him. How does he help any customers that don’t speak Spanish?

I came to this Wendy’s 3 years ago and had the best baked potato from any Wendy’s ever (I’ve had a lot of baked potatoes from a lot of Wendy’s). I hadn’t had a reason to come back to this one, but tonight, I was once again blessed. Not only is this another amazing baked potato, they were fast and the food was fresh. 2/1/22 around 7pm. Came here to have a quick bite with my son there was a new lady on the register that didn’t speak much English at all and when I tried to use the app for a coupon the drive thru lady scanned it 3 times and said it went through got my receipt no coupon applied and when I asked for my money back she said it was my fault it didn’t work and would have to wait for her manager that was in the restroom to get my money for my coupon but I guess you can’t expect great service nowadays any ways the highlight of this trip was the kind gentleman that stepped in and paid for our meal…… There still good people out there but also ppl that don’t realize what line of work they are in
