13 bucks for a meal and the worst meal I’ve had from them ever! I just quit going all together because the never get it right and the food is always garbage. Cold chicken, fries are a day old and not even edible. Forgot the cheese on one sandwich. Forgot a Fry altogether, We were thinking thank goodness we checked before we left. Only to get fries that have been sitting out for the entire day it seems cold soggy nasty. I don’t complain it done unless it’s really crap. They raise prices and quality goes straight down! How does that work? They even got rid of their good lettuce and use the choppy crappy stuff! Definitely will not be going again.

We really haven’t eaten here recently despite it being the closest fast food to home. This meal was very unsatisfying. I got a Jr Bacon cheeseburger, the top bun was so cold that I thought maybe it hadn’t been fully defrosted. They were OVERLY generous with the mayo but has almost no lettuce. To be fair the bacon seemed to be cooked well. My hubby got a baconater and there was too much mayo there too. We both only ate half our sandwich. My hubby said the drive through staff was fine.

I pulled into the parking lot and one of the workers who was taking out the trash saw me and slowed way down and stared at me the entire time. I rolled window down and told her to move. She cussed at me and flipped me off. I returned the favor. I then went into the store to speak to the manager and she had the same attitude. I called corporate and they asked for the managers name so in went back in and asked to speak to the manager whe refused to talk to me but instead called the cops. The cops showed up while I was still on the phone with corporate and they politely waited for me to finish my call with wendys corporate. They told me I was trespassed and had to leave. I left with no incident but will not be returning any time soon to any wendys. I asked corporate to call me and let me know what happens and if I get that call I’ll modify my review. This is at the wendys located at 4114 west 9000 south west jordan utah.

Ordered the “baconator”…apparently “bacon” is not necessarily needed for the named sandwich… if you look really closely…you can see the tip of a piece of bacon…overall quality and taste have plagued Wendy’s recentlyad they focus on minimizing food and maximizing profit …and now their famous baconator sandwich has bacon as a garnishment and not as a main ingredient…the size of these burgers have also decreased..

This place is the worst place. They need new employees. I went thru drive thru at 11:45 for a frosty. He said machine was just starting up and would be 3 minutes. I pulled in stall to wait wondering why they didn’t start machine sooner. Sat there for 7 minutes went into store to see if they forgot me and was told would be 3 more minutes. Asked for money back and he walked away I thought to get money. I waited a few minutes and said loudly “I would like my money today ” he finally brought it. I give this place 5 zeros and recommend that people don’t go here

There’s a rude woman there working the drive-thru who didn’t allow us a few minutes to order. I had kids looking at the menu to order and we were impolitely told to loop around to order. Is it a family’s fault that they have time constraints when it comes to ordering in the drive-thru?

Had a salad late last night and I’m shitting water today. The chicken was warm ISH (so I thought it was just cooked) and that didn’t alarm me… but the lettuce was wilted and I should have thought about it at the time, And now that I think about it the entire salad was warm. Absolutely not happy about this. I took a TWO year break from Wendy’s in general due to service and quality… I’m upset because I just wanted a quick dinner before I went to bed after a long day and now I’m shitting my guts out at work. Looking at other reviews, this place should honestly be inspected by the state because WOW. I would stay away from this location. Go to smiths in the same parking lot if you want to avoid food poisoning

We ordered chicken nuggets and they argued at the window Saturday morning when we asked for a sauce packet claiming all sauces are .50 cents now. We will not be returning to be disrespected by the inept staff when sauce should come with all chicken items..we asked for ONE packet. Learn to count before you are rude to customers

Had to wait for “fresh” nuggets that were still soggy. Fries were barely warm and had hair in it that is absolutely not anyone in my home’s.
