This location has very friendly employees and are usually quick at the drive thru. Be careful though and check your order. Most of the times I’ve had something missing or wrong. My last visit the bag had my burgers and chicken dipping sauce but the nuggets were missing.

My husband and I come here all the time. The past few times we haven’t had any issues other than the staff not being very friendly. Tonight we came for dinner and the staff only said my total to me at the window and seemed mad. I saw two different people and neither of them smiled or were friendly. When we got home, the sprite I ordered was completely flat and was basically just syrup. The fries had no salt on them and a lot of them were burnt. I have always loved this location but I have slowly watched it go downhill the past few months when it comes to customer service and food quality. The burgers and nuggets have stayed consistent and good but I was very disappointed in todays visit.

Food quality has gone so far downhill lately and prices have gone up. What was supposed to be a cheap lunch option became $21 for two sandwiches. The ghost pepper chicken sandwich made me SO sick from food poisoning it was dangerous. I am so upset I spent so much money to be sick and disappointed. Staff is super friendly and not at all at fault but food is expensive and poisonous.

The order is always wrong. Don’t expect a straw with your drink. They never salt the fries. The easy solution is just go to the McDonald’s down the street.

When you can scratch “hi” into the bun, it’s waaay too stale. I live nearby and this used to be my go-to place for a quick lunch. But it’s gone downhill during the past year. Keep driving to Jordan Landing.
