I came and ordered 3 value menu items… the guy who took my order made me confirm at the window, I paid 20 and received 2 and change back. When I asked for receipt it took at least 5 minutes. Then it showed a wrong item. I mention it’s too expensive for what was in the menu. I was told that the manager put the item on the menu two days prior to when it’s available and that the staff can’t make it. Bacon double stack at 4.xx. I was charged 8.79 for a different item. The manager came to refund me, which I just wanted the correct items I ordered and the change back. He took my 2.56 back and gave me 17.44. No food. When I mentioned I wanted my food items he disappeared and I had to replace my order at the window. I changed my “new” item that the staff couldn’t make to jr bacon. I paid 11 and change at the end of it all… however EVERY item was bone cold, I only live 1.1 miles away. Even the new item I added. I truly have no idea why I tried them again. Worst Wendy’s in all 5 states I’ve lived. For anyone who reads these, just try a different location, take time to go to Jordan landing or even off of 9000. You’ll at least get warm food and a staff that doesn’t ignore your order

This is the Wendy’s we always go to. When we first moved in, we actually went to one further away because the quality was dicey and items were often forgotten. But recently, the service and food has been great!
One of the employees is super sweet. I came by with my puppy and he was waiting expectantly at the window (because he thinks every drive thru has a pup cup). The worker said hi to him, and when I joked that he wanted a pup cup, he was super sweet and gave us a small amount of cream in a little cup.
That made my and my puppy’s day, and it was something we didn’t expect!! I’m always more than happy to visit this location for the friendly service.

I come here quite often as it’s down the road from my house, they do a pretty good job majority of the time but lately I’ve been having missing items. And today I ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese biscuits. I’d be more understanding if they were busy at the time but I was the only one there. So…. where’s my sausage in both biscuits?! Lol but the workers there are always kind!
Update: 8/4/24 I had to knock off another star cause I gave this locations breakfast another chance (only cause it’s the only one on my way to work) but I ordered a honey butter chicken sandwich with extra honey butter. ( I believe I paid extra for it?) But my sandwiches bread was hard and my chicken was wayyy over cooked and almost like jerky. it looks like only one SMALL drop of honey butter ( which is just on the side of the wrapper.)
I also ordered a sausage and egg biscuit which was done perfectly.
They usually do lunch and dinner perfect most of the time but save your breath if you want breakfast from this location.

Fies were cold chicken nuggets were to the frosty just seem crazy now i like it when it was simple. They don’t speak english that well. Just do your self a flavor and go across the road for apollo burger, it’s better

I came in Friday evening for some food to find that the place was understaffed however there was 3-4 hard working ladies keeping the place afloat and running, with the place packed I was surprised how well they were handling by he situation , tip tier customer service and amazing fresh food !, they deserve a raise honestly!! I could tell they were overwhelmed but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond for their customers! Not many hard skilled workers like them left I hope they get the raise and recognition they deserve

Came here to grab dinner after a very long and busy day. I noticed irritation in the employee while she was taking my order, fine whatever I can look past that as i have dealt with far worse. However what I won’t tolerate is my food being shit and that’s exactly what I got. My baconator only had 2 pieces of Bacon on it, they forgot 1 of my sandwiches and our fries were over cooked, cold AND OLD! Like what the hell. Both our Coke and Dr. Pepper tasted flat, and we waited in the drive thru long enough that our ice had melted in the drinks. I was looking for the receipt for our order while typing this out, and they didn’t give us that either. this is my 2nd time coming here and getting a similar experience.

I say I was a dine in customer as their dine in hours are open until 10 pm if I look on the door. The website states it is a dine in location … but the doors are locked and I had to unsuccessfully mime my words to the employee inside who looked at me like I was trying to rob the place. I really just wanted a burger and did not feel like walking back across the parking lot to the car to get in the long drive thru line. If you don’t support dine in, fix your door signs, fix your website, and put the chairs up or some other recognizable symbol to signify interior dining is closed like most normal fast food restaurants.

Aside from parks and campgrounds, this Wendy’s women’s room is the most disgusting toilet I’ve ever had to use. The toilet bowls were stained, the floor was sticky, the stall doors were covered in smudges, and both toilets were covered in hair.
While I was in the bathroom the manager brought our food to the counter, said to my husband “here’s your food”, carelessly tossed it onto the counter and walked away.
We get home only to find that while I ordered and they charged me for a baconator, which costs $14; I instead received a normal burger which costs $11. So on top of a disgusting bathroom and disgusting attitude, I was robbed.
I’m going to avoid this location in the future.

Never give 5 stars. Especially for fast food. This location was great. Very clean lobby. Very nice staff. The manager even made rounds asking how the guest’s experience was. I’ll forgive that Wendy’s has skyrocketing prices, shrinking food, and as far as other locations go… terrible service. So many don’t even say thank you. Rubs me very wrong. This experience reminded me what fast food was like before everyone lost their minds.
