To see how dirty it was and how slow the service was when we were the only ones in there was pretty disappointing. It was extremely hot in there as well. The last couple of times we have been the food has been bland and our order was wrong. The staff is really nice though and I appreciate that.

The restaurant is new and looks great. However, the food was really greasy, dripping all over the place. I received the wrong order but they quickly fixed it. What got me was the employees having a free buffet behind the counter, eating as many fries and nuggets they could. Reaching into the same tray my fries came out of over and over again. I’m not sure I’ll return to this location.

I ordered the baconator combo and a medium frosty.

I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!

I’ve tried to give them a chance, but all 3 times I’ve been there it’s gotten worse. The first time I took my grandbabies there, as they love the frosty and fries, but they got meals this time. What I asked for, they didn’t get. The frosty cups were gross on the outside and dripping. The second time around, I took them there just for their treat they love so much and the fries were cold and again, the frosty cups were gross and dripping. (SMH). I decided, after a few months to run by there again, as I was craving their Asiago Chicken sandwich. I ordered it in a meal and asked for NO TOMATO . . . I bet you can’t guess what I got? Yep, you guessed it, A FREAKING TOMATO! The tomato itself was disgusting, all slimy and dripping out of my sandwich when I opened it up. Are tomatoes supposed to drip? I don’t think so. The only thing that was correct were my actual hot fries.

I went there around 1 pm, and there was a line of vehicle. Normal for around lunchtime . . . But when I’m sitting there for almost 15 minutes, with the car in front of me sitting at the ordering menu and hadn’t moved in another 10 minutes because it didn’t look like anyone was taking their order, that’s a bit too much. Even the cars in front of them were all through the window, so what was the actual hold up? I placed my order, pulled up behind the car in front of me, who was at the window, and I think we sat there for easily 10 minutes before they took the car in front of me, payment. Then I get to the window, I’m staring inside to see what is going on and I can’t see an employee, then two girls come up. They hand me my drink and then asked me to pull around to the next window, where I sat for another 8 minutes before they brought my food out to me. Were there only two employees working this location? They had to run everything. Then my mind spiraled and I started asking myself, did they wash their hands if they went to the restroom.

Over all, NOT a location I will ever venture to again. If my grandbabies want frosty’s we will drive to the one on 90th and almost Bangeter to get one. I refuse to give my money to this location ever again, as they can’t seem to get ANYTHING RIGHT!!

AGAIN, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!

The lady at the register took my card after charge and walked around the corner with it. Took roughly 10 minutes for her to return with my card. Please retrain to return card immediately after processing charge. (Also due diligence to make sure numbers aren’t being written down or whatever, but I’d assume that follows from such behavior.)
I am not commenting on anything else. This single start is purely to gain attention and not an accurate representation of my overall experience.

This Wendy location absolutely sucks. The workers were extremely rude and wouldn’t even offer a water cup with the meal we bought. They were very selfish and honestly we’re not very greeting. They did not greet us when we came in and never smiled. Also, after we ask them a question about the menu, they proceeded to go to the other worker and kind of say stuff in a different language about us. They didn’t know that I could understand what they said.Long weights just overall really unpleasant experience. they should probably either hire a completely new staff or tear this one down because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s.

Waited 43 minutes to get my food for a mobile pick up since I saw the drive thru line was super long. Around 40 minutes mark I ask what’s taking so long for my food since the line was gone and every one else that had come inside to order had received their food. They ask me what my order was and start going back on their tickets just to find out they had cleared it. 0/10 never coming back to this Wendy’s again.

Crazy long wait times both times I went. Once I was the only one in the drive through and still asked to pull forward and park. The other time I was the only customer in the store and didn’t get my full order. Both times they were out of the Vanilla Frosty flavor. I’ll spend the extra time and gas and go to the other locations.

Half of the chicken nuggets still had raw batter on them, and none of the sauces were included. All of my fries were half-filled. I went back to see about a partial refund and the manager was super hostile and combative even when i remained respectful the whole interaction. The general manager of the store does not speak english which is also very difficult to navigate. I’ve ordered from this location in the past as well and never been able to get my food before the 30-minute mark.

This location is getting worse and worse. Every time the order is wrong. After getting handed the bags, I pull around the corner and double check. The last 4 or 5 times I have to go inside and get something that’s missing or have them correct something that’s wrong. We’re about to stop going here all together. It’s a common theme for most Wendy’s now.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru tonight. When you wait that long, you expect your food to be hot. Our fries and burgers were ice cold. We got two biggie bags a Baconator and a Dave single. The staff tonight was definitely not all with it, They were very unprofessional. I use to work for a Wendy’s as a teen and everything that happen tonight would have been completely unacceptable.
