Our kiddos got a voucher for ice cream so we got dinner here as well. It has been a while since we have eaten at Wendy’s, but they did not disappoint. We got a couple kid meals a hamburger and chicken nuggets. The kids all loved their meal and Wendy’s did a great job getting our food out on time and hot. The other thing I really liked is that the fries were hot and crispy. No one likes the soggy fries at MCDEE’s. I had the asiago chicken sandwich and it was fabulous. I would definitely get that again. The only complaint I have would be the price of the frosty, but there are other factors to explain for that. Second, the floors could have been swept and the store seating area could have been tidied up a bit like cleaning off spills on the counter. But other than that I will be coming back again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location.
It seems like a major issue is stemming from poor management, specifically the general manager Will not ordering enough supplies. Tonight, I received three Baconators with barely a piece of bacon on them—I’ve had Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers with more bacon. On top of that, only one single beef patty, they used shredded cheese instead of proper slice and half an order of fries.
When I called to address the issue, I spoke with kayla, who was polite and professional.
I addressed the issue of the fries inside with the manager, Ashton, he seemed frustrated and emotionless. I guess he just had food thrown at him from a previous customer.
I didn’t even get to the real disappointment until I got home. From what Tayla said, when I called, I understand he may have been dealing with multiple upset customers, this all seems to be a ripple effect of poor management— from not ordering enough supplies and not scheduling enough help.

What concerns me even more is that I’ve had issues with this location in the past, which is why it took me so long to come back. They didn’t answer the phone when I called last time. It makes me wonder if this has been an ongoing problem or just a coincidence. Either way, we paid full price for our meals and should be receiving what we ordered.

If this is due to poor budgeting or mismanagement, it’s unfair to both employees and customers. When employees are put in a tough position, it creates a negative experience for customers, which in turn hurts the business. Corporate may need to step in, I’m honestly not sure how this can get any worse.

I want to support local businesses, but I also expect basic quality and service and food. I hope these issues are addressed soon.

Well, corpo has done it again by unnecessarily adding wheat to things that don’t need it. I went here to get dessert for date night and of course they add wheat to the caramel crunch frosty. Didn’t find that out until getting home. So my wife who had Celiac just about ate gluten, so thanks for ruining date night dessert.
Of course they add wheat to the toffee that is naturally gluten free. People with allergens already can’t eat much, so thanks for making more food people can’t eat. Take this review to stupid corporate. We are sick of corps doing this BS.

Ordered a breakfast baconator meal with a large strawberry lemonade, and two bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I got the meal, but the potato wedges were cold, the lemonade was more ice than liquid, I got charged for the two other sandwiches, but only got one and it was sausage instead of bacon. The only positive was the young man running the window. He was very polite, and his customer service was great. If I wasn’t half way to work, I would have taken my meal back.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The inside is filthy, they always miss parts of my order, and the staff are rude and dismissive. We ordered three chicken biggie bags tonight and we’re given old chicken on the sandwiches and the nuggets. I understand it can get busy around the holidays but food shouldn’t be old. Follow your food hold times guys come on.

Every time I go thru the drive thru here they screw the order up. Order a plain kids cheeseburger, you know meat and cheese only and get ketchup, onions and pickles every time. Order a Daves double with extra cheese, pay for a Daves double with extra cheese and get a single with no cheese. Im not kidding, it’s so ridiculous that it’s starting to get comical. I even ask them to repeat the order now and ITS STILL WRONG! Im a big guy and I love Wendy’s but I think I’m gonna leave this one alone from now on. I kinda like getting what I ordered and what I paid for.

We used to go to Wendy’s drive up a lot. Without fail we didn’t get the right items. We understand things happen but then if we went back they were rude like it was our fault. One time they were rude because my husband asked them to repeat something. We stopped going. After years we decided to try again. They didn’t give us two items and the fries were only half full. I guess we’ll wait another five years and see if they improve. I understand mistakes, but not the attitude.

For the most part the food was great and the asking for amounts of sauces was great but it was slow and they clearly paid no attention to the fries. The fries were utter garbage barely not burnt but clear burnt taste, no salt and we ordered melon Daves craft lemonade but we got regular… Like normally it is good but the fries were basically inedible
Edit: hasn’t gotten better cold fries, wrong drinks,
Tried to get a large doctor pepper, they didn’t have it up there, was handed medium barks root beer. Fries were shit, had to reheat them.

Great food. Except for the lettuce was turning brown. We took it off. Poor service. Bad language used by the staff. Very dirty. Drink station, floors, and tables. It was not busy. We were the only ones inside and only one car in drive through.

Horrible experience. Ordered on the app 15 minutes ahead, still had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and there was no sorry for the wait or anything. Just “ here” and the bags getting shoved in my face. Then I asked for 2 extra sauces and got told they are now charging for any sauces, not to mention you don’t get what you pay for in quantity or quality. I think the owner needs to address the obvious problems that are getting worse, or corporate needs to step in if they want to stay in business.
