I pulled up to the drive through window with my kids crying. When I got to the window I said give me just a second (while I asked one of my kids what they’d want for a drink.) in the time in took my to ask the worker came on and said, if you going to take your time please pull into a parking spot to look at what you want then get back in line. You’re holding up the line. (Literally two cars behind me)

I asked him if he was going to bring me a menu and he said I can download the app. I said what are you talking about? I can order now- he said you’ve created a line. (The same two cars) I said so you don’t want me to order or what? I actually think it was sort of comical except it was 7pm an after a kids basketball game all game and the kids were all crying and hangry.

After him being super rude my wife was- let’s leave other he’ll spit in our food or something.

0 out 10. Super rude.
This all happened within the span of two minutes. Wild and absurd. Promptly drove to Chick-fil-A where the experience was 100000 times better.

If there were negative stars i would give them 3 negative stars. Not because of their food quality but their customers service. My husband was dropped off there by coworkers only to have me come pick him up. It had been raining o. The jobsite all morning so naturally he was a bit muddy. He went in to wash his hands while he was waiting g for me to pick him up. He went in and because he was not a customer the very rude lady behind the counter barked at him No he could not use their restroom. Not because he was a customer at the time but because it’s not a public restroom. Makes no sense to me as i am also the public but whatever. I wouldn’t think that it was any big deal that he went in and washed his hands and left. You tell me is it a big deal? Everyone’s always complaining about treatment of others everywhere. Looking down on a person, judging them by their appearance. In today’s climate is absolutely comical if you too into account appearances today everywhere. Kind of ironic.
I guess Dave wasn’t in a hospitable mood today. Guess my money is not going to be going to Wendy’s again. I think an employee orientation on customer service and empathy is in order.
Thanks for nothing Wendy’s I will be sure to tell all my construction coworkers that you dont accept our hard earned money there anymore.

This location is a great! I took a long break from Wendy’s because quality seemed to drop year over year. Tried out this Wendy’s more recently and now I’m back baby. They are super fast and very polite here. This Wendy’s is like that crazy ex-girlfriend that got her shiz back together… Now we’re back together.

Absolutely RUDE! Drove to wendys to get a small frosty for my daughter and they told me they couldnt do anything due to their system being down. I had cash and offered to pay exact change so they can do whatever they can whenever the systems went back up.
A young girl went to ask the manager if that was possible and a Spanish lady came to the window and said the computers are down we cant make you anything and just slams the window in our face. Disgusting behavior. A frosty is $2.49.. disappointed.

I hate this Wendys. I will boycott this wendy’s forever, and I will tell everybody I know to never go to that Wendy’s. The customer service sucks.You sit at the drive through waiting for somebody to answer you.If you’re ready to order. You’re sitting there for 5 to 10 before anybody comes.That is ridiculous.So whoever owns this franchise of a wendy’s needs to shape up their employee’s, to have better customer service. You need to give them a lesson that customers pay their paychecks. And when customers don’t come to that Wendy’s anymore, they’re gonna lose their jobs. Remember, one person has a bad experience. They tell 10 people, those 10 people tell another 10 people looks like if that is happening because I read all the reviews on here and a lot of people are not happy with the customer service at this Bluffdale location.

When I went in to get my takeout order, and it wasn’t ready yet (I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for my order, which was the only one they had during said time), so I was standing by the counter waiting. I had not said a word to any of the employees when two girls came in, one of whom was an employee at that Wendy’s, who was not on the clock at the time. A girl who was on the clock came over and they started talking, and I got to overhear these gems. “We have a mobile order, but no one’s making his food right now” (after noticing me standing by the counter.) “Wow, he REALLY wanted his food” (after a different employee gave me my food and apologized for the delay, and all I had said was “No worries, thanks.”)
If you’re going to be rude and make fun of customers, you need to at least be smart enough to wait until they’re gone or try to lower your voice. Disappointing. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

They constantly mess up orders and claim that it’s what I ordered. If I ask for a baconator I expect a baconator l, not a chicken sandwich.

Also dont even bother asking for no Ice for your drink, you’ll get half ice. I dont want to pay for ice in the middle of winter. This store needs a big change, I stopped going here and take the extra 15 minutes to go to Saratoga. It’s ridiculous.

Didn’t give us the correct order which normally I can overlook but they have also started charging for sauces, $.50 each, and the biggie bags aren’t 5 bucks anymore. Bummer, we used to go once a week but will be going elsewhere now.

A lady called Maria was so rude to me. I arrived at Wendy’s at 215pm on 06-29-2025. As soon as my daughter arrived, she wanted to use the bathroom. My daughter is using the restroom when she screams, and I realize that the toilet seat is moved, it is not well secured. She got a small injury on her leg. I leave the bathroom to report to the person who was there that the toilet seat does not work properly and if she can check it. She responds that she already knows but that it is not broken. The name of the person is Maria. The way she talked to my it was always being defensive. She said she already knew was going on but did not even care for safety. Originally, I just wanted to report her that issue so nobody else (elderly people, disabled or kids or anyone can get hurt) but she was rude. I request you to please check the cameras. I believe she needs a trainee on customer service.

I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve driven to this location multiple times even though it’s farther from my house because every time it’s been the best Wendy’s! But today I’m disappointed because I ordered a baconator combo and one of my patties was raw so I could only eat one patty. I would gladly wait longer for my food to be cooked properly especially when I’m paying so much for it
Idk if I’ll make the trip there again or even go to another Wendy’s because the ones near me are even worse. Whyyyy
