Very disappointing experience. Both trash bins were overflowing, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and there were no spoons available. My order was incorrect, they forgot my Frosty. On top of that, the employee taking my order was unable to communicate with me and had to point at the screen to show the price. This location clearly needs better management and attention to basic customer service.

We pulled up, 2 cars in front of us. No one inside. Took a really long time for them to take orders from the people in front of us. Should have been tipped off by this but I stuck around.
Finally placed an order, person mumbled the whole time and clearly couldn’t understand what we were saying. We had to say items several times. We ordered 5 items total. I get to the window and find that they missed 2 of the 5 items, and got one of them wrong. So overall 2/5 items correct.
Person at the window barely spoke English, and when I asked about our missing frosties he looked at the order screen and said “no payment” shrugged and closed the window.
I drove 45 seconds over to Dairy Queen and got a blizzard. Fast service and they could communicate.
Definitely not coming back to this location. Guess I’m going to Orem if I want Wendy’s.

I got their biggie bag which was super yummy! The staff was super helpful in helping me navigate the menu. The person at the drive through window smiled and seemed happy. Overall great experience! Would come again 🙂

I’m sure it’s the only place I’ve ever had such miserable fries, and they were all leftovers. They don’t greet customers; when you ask for extra sauce, they tell you the burger already has it. Very rude.

I normally go through the drive-thru at Wendy’s, but today I decided to park and walk inside — and I’m so glad I did. It’s been a while since I’ve actually gone inside and ordering through a kiosk- makes sense.
I’m the picky one in my family when it comes to burgers, so I always expect there’s a 50/50 chance my order will be off. But not this time!
When I got home and unpacked everything, I was shocked — in a good way. Every burger was neatly wrapped, nothing was smashed, and everything looked like it was put together with care. You just don’t expect that level of attention at a fast-food place, but it really showed.
Great job to the team working this current shift at Vineyard— you turned an ordinary meal into something worth writing a review for. And even my burgers tasted a little better than usual Thank you!

We always do mobile orders & pick up through the drive through.
During the day, very consistently we are given our exact order.
However, come around midnight and the frosty will be chocolate not vanilla, our sauce options are not what we selected, and we’ve had communication issues/overall a lack of friendliness from the employee at the window.
Don’t come at night and you should be good

This place is gross!!! Walked in and no one helped us they just looked and looked away. We waited a few minutes then we ordered ourselves. Then someone came in with pizza and they all went back in the back and ate it. One of the Girls gave Santiago ( they called his bae a few times) free food for bringing them little ceasers. This was just rude and disrespectful. And speaking Spanish the whole time. Absolutely rude.

I work at Mister Car Wash down the street from here and I’m always going in for lunch or a late night biggie bag runs 🙂 and I just wanna say everybody has been so great and just does an outstanding job and I just wanna say Andrew is so friendly and nice at the front counter at lunch whenever I come! There’s a young man who always is at the register and taking our drive through order and each time he is rude and has no customer service. He’s gotten our order wrong, and always ordered one less kids meal everytime, and when we correct him or say we need a new one he is very rude. Doesn’t apologize, never says thank you. Never says “hi”. Just hands us our food without saying a word. He’s working there right now and is on the drive thru. It’s 6:00pm on January 3rd.

I got a chicken sandwich with a 6 peice nuggets with honey BBQ, which happened to be $1 more. When I got home and opened the bag, the sauce was not the honey BBQ but instead regular BBQ. That sauce then was put in the bag opened and went everywhere. I did not do anything with the bag that would do this. I’ve had previous problems before, but this is just dumb.
