How is this wrap $8? You guys used two tortillas with this horrendous wrap. It looks like it was thrown together cold straight from the fridge. What a joke !
Never again , the service was bad and food even worse. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Just take your money elsewhere. Have a great weekend!

The food is normally ok. I’m not sure what has happened in the last 6 months or so. The staff is just rude. They get on the speaker and say “one second” if they need a minute. They don’t greet you at the window. When your food is ready, they shove a bag out the window, and say, “There you go.”. This isn’t a one off. This has been consistent. I’m to the point where I just won’t come back. It’s a shame, but I’ve given too many chances. The entire staff needs changed.

I love to give full stars reviews. I almost never give a poor review, but tonight I had to, if for no other reason than the hope this store owner gets the information and something can be done to help the employees improve. I’ve been a Wendy’s customer for decades and enjoy several items on the menu. They have the best chili, in my opinion! Tonight we ordered a large chili which was the only item for one of our party who also *loves* Wendy’s chili! It came out extra spicy with no meat. What’s worse, the beans were still hard like they hadn’t finished the batch. I kindly asked an employee to replace it with a cup that had the chili meat with it… there was literally not a single piece of meat in the whole large chili. She said she would do that… we left the store after about 15mins with no response back. In addition, the clerk who took our order was very curt and rude.
This is not the typical experience, but easily the worse experience we’ve had at any Wendy’s! I hope the manager sees these reviews and that the owner is informed. Your brand is getting trashed by poor customer service at this location. At least that was the case beyond what is reasonable tonight.

Food quality is often poor, went to order ~30 dollars in food today, they told me my card wasn’t working and asked for another, I told them the card was fine and to run it again. They came out and asked for second card again. I thanked them and told them I’d go somewhere else. Drove to the Taco Bell next door and spent half the amount, with no issues. I understand card readers have issues sometimes, but you can type in the card number. Laziness cost them $30 today, who knows how much else…

Did a mobile order and waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for them to give us our food and drinks and watch at least 11+ cars go past us who just ordered regularly in the drive-through. Mobile ordering is supposed to be easier for the customer and for them so why did it take our order 10 times longer than people who were just ordering right at the drive thru?

Went to drive through. Was told the chicken fingers would take 6 minutes. It took 14 min. & we had to go inside to get it. When we did go in, 3 workers were leaning on the counters doing nothing. The food was not in bags, but sitting there already complete.
Will never go to this Wendys again. Would leave a zero if possible.

I checked the website for Wendy’s to see what the toy was and it said that the Frosty toys were supposed to be the kids meal toy. Instead we got the absolutely stupid Potato Head toys. My kids are very disappointed. When I asked why the Frosty toys were on display, on the bags, etc and not in the meal, I was abruptly told that they had to work through the stock of potato head toys first. Seriously bad service. I am not coming back to this Wendy’s for a very long time.

Dismissive service. No one working the counter and when they came up. No greeting or acknowledgment of me as a customer. Took my order. Didn’t give me an option of sizes. Just asked me if I wanted a medium. Who knew that you could get a small or large size? Either way, $13 for a chicken wrap without any sauce included is a rip-off. The chicken wrap was bland and unflavorful. When I went to the counter and asked for some sort of sauce they said I could have some but they would have to charge me. $0.50! Shouldn’t this be included with $13 combination? I thought? I went back and sat down. Finished eating. Picking chicken out of the wrap. The only thing that was decent were the fries. At least they were hot and had salt on them. Overall. I definitely can see why Wendy’s is not keeping up with other fast food chains. They are overpriced, food is not flavorful and service is to be desired.
