This specific wendys has significantly declined in service and quality. As frustrating as it is that I need to pay $1 for two extra sauces, I understand following policy. However, the fact they had the time to tell the nice kid working drive through to have me pay for my sauces while also treating this poor employee awfully in front of me, but didn’t have the time or consideration to make sure I had a straw is telling of the lack of customer service and the decline in a positive atmosphere that the management should be striving for. As someone who works customer service, treat your employees better and treat your customers better.

The girl working this morning is probably the RUDEST girl ive come across in a while. We get there at 10:28. Lunch is at 10:30. We very polite asked if we could order lunch, the girl cuts us off and says “NO”. So we said okay we’ll wait the next minute and 30 seconds until we could. Skinny Hispanic girl comes flying out of the door behind the menu signs saying we couldn’t what there and we were running up the car time ( on the drive through sensors) so we backed up because NO ONE ELSE was there so we weren’t on the sensor. Waited the until it hit exactly 10:30 then pulled forward again. Took our order with the most disgusting attitude imaginable. Gave us our food. We asked for any extra sauce and she already seething , exclaimed how it cost extra so we paid for it. Then she SLAMMED THE WINDOW SHUT. Mind you we were the only customers there. I dont know what on earth made her so angry and if she treats people like that often but me and my sister were at a loss for words.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is MUCH needed. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had! Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru around 10:45pm. We sat there waiting almost 10 minutes before they even took our order. Then the woman was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience, even though we came over an HOUR before they closed. We get our food and drive home just to realize our baconators are ice cold. The cheese was not even melted, the buns were cold, and the meat looked disgusting. The fries were awful too, they were cold and stale. They must’ve been sitting out for hours. It was so repulsive we couldn’t even eat the food. I immediately drove back for a refund. I talked to the same lady who took our order and it turns out she was the manager for the night. I’m sorry but you should not be a manager if you are okay with giving out undercooked, old food. I asked for a refund and she told me “it’s illegal to give a refund over $20.” What? I work in fast food and I have never heard that rule. Anyway, she offered to re make it but I denied because I was so disgusted with our meal. Why not just make it right the first time? Why do you have to get a complaint before making fresh food? Not okay!

This location is terrible. I went to the drive through and it took almost 5 min just for them to say hold please. I waited patiently. Another 3 min hi can I take your order. I ordered my food including a signature sauce that now apparently costs money. I got my food and asked for my sauce the girl at the drive through had attitude and was like you didn’t order that. I said but I did. She said ok it cost 50 cents. I said forget it and drove off. Don’t go here it’s shitty service.

Lately it has been hard to find any value in fast food, well Wendy’s does it again!! When my husband and I want a late night snack, we grab a Wendy’s Biggie Bag. I eat the burger, he gets the nuggets and we split the fries!! Perfect for a quick lunch or picnic too. $6 two people, can’t beat that.

Do not go inside this Wendy’s to order your food they will take your money then ignore you. Tonight it took them 64 minutes to give me my food. The manager here needs to shut down this restaurant and retrain or replace all of the staff Tonight please review your cameras from 7 pm to after 8 pm for January 16th 2026 and judge for yourself. I posted this for the benefit of the owners of this franchise, if my staff was this bad and driving away my customers I’d like to know. It was an honest review I’ve spared a lot of identifying and embarrassing details, watch the video. Video doesn’t lie.

I ordered on the Wendy’s app and approximately 11 PM the latest I then went to Wendy’s to pick up my order at approximately 11:25 PM at this point I’m trying to figure out where my name is on the order on the app and I couldn’t find it because it’s the first time order on Wendy’s app. The manager kept asking me what the name on the order was and I said my first name, but that couldn’t confirm anything and I couldn’t find it on the app- I went ahead and I told him exactly what I had ordered, but they said that they couldn’t do anything for me because they needed my name -eventually I found where my name was, and I showed it to them and they handed me my drink only and they said to pull forward .At this point I’m thinking it shouldn’t take long for them to bring my order out since I ordered this online approx 25+ minutes ago. And there was only one other vehicle waiting in front of me.
After I noticed that my order wasn’t coming out, I went around and I told him that I just needed a refund because I needed to be at work and I didn’t know why it was taking them so Long since I have had ordered this online and there was really no other customer besides me at this point. I don’t know exactly what the manager was doing, but I knocked on the window and I said look I need to go to work. I need a refund because you guys are taking too long and he’s like well. I’m trying to get you the refund anyways your order we do it to go, which means basically when I arrive they start making my order. I asked her immediately but then what’s the point of me ordering at this point my food approximately 40 minutes ago and I’m like the only person here what is taking so long?. approximately five minutes past and they still couldn’t figure out how to refund me my money. They’re like we’re trying to refund you with the money and I said you know what I’ll come back tomorrow and get my refund because I have to be at work. Do you know what the manager said? He told me that the app is for Uber it’s it’s meant for Uber eats basically . OK, he lost me here because I don’t work for Uber and the app that I have is the normal Wendy’s app on my phone. Are you telling me the only Uber eats can Drivers can pick up the food here. For one I was under the impression that my food would be ready after 45 minutes, but they said they don’t start making the food until Customer arrives even if you order it online I guess and second I think he was confused because he’s saying that the app is meant for Uber to pick up the food -I don’t think so. So let’s hope that they refund me my money because I did record him saying that I can get a refund today when I go back just to let them know…
And just in case he reads this or his employees read this no, you don’t start making the food 30 minutes after someone has ordered It directly on the Wendy’s app directly I said yes. Imagine if I did work for Uber eats only to arrive to my destination to pick up the food, but they say hey another 20 minutes we’re barely gonna start making it because you just barely arrived.

The dude working the counter looked very irritated. When I ordered a large drink, he handed me a water cup. I mentioned I ordered a large drink. He got irritated with me and handed me the large drink with an attitude. Asked to speak with the manager but he said their wasn’t one there. Whatever. If you come across this dude, he wears glasses and heavy set. If you don’t want to work, then work elsewhere.

Honestly I never write reviews for fast food joints because it’s a chain restaurant you kind of know what you’re gonna get out of it but I’ve gotta say this location has done a bang up job consistently since I started going here back in 2016.
