The food is honestly always good, it’s the drinks they somehow always mess up. It’s like every single person was taught a different way. I asked for the chocolate cold foam coffee to try. It’s the only reason I chose Wendy’s over McDonald’s this time and they somehow forgot the chocolate and the cold foam. I was about to leave, but decided to see if they could help. I must’ve chose the wrong person to ask because English seemed to be their second language and they just said/nodded it was made correctly.. Even when I voiced about the missing everything.
Funnily enough, when there were just a bunch of kids two years ago, the morning person made it perfect every time. I went there almost every day. Now, it’s about a 90% chance that any coffee-related drink is made improperly.
Edit: Just ate my breakfast sandwich and I’m pretty sure there were egg shells in it. That or dirt. Something foreign. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I’d rather go to Burger King now.

The ice in my fanta has black stuff inside of it im assuming its mold! I noticed it after i drank some. Besides having black stuff stuck inside the ice they charge for sauce now. Will never be back this is disgusting

Carson and Mason are the greatest employees, my girlfriend and I were stranded and they offered to help every way that could. They were extremely nice and truly good people. If I was their boss I would give them a raise. 2 of the best employees I have seen at any fast food restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend were homeless and walked in JUST for free wifi. We were met with a 20 dollar bill, free pizza, and even free cups. The two gentlemen named Carson and Mason working the counter and kitchen were incredibly gracious and courteous. They even allowed us to stay in the lobby after hours and that had helped us more than they believe. The atmosphere here is forgiving, kind, and so, so generous. If I could leave 10 out of 10 stars, I would.

All I wanted was the baked potato and a frosty. I wait 10 minutes with flies barraging me. Lo and behold, I open my food and it is literally a plain potato. I tasted it and there was not even butter. I would go back and ask for a new one, but I’m running tight on time and that was the last baked potato that the kitchen had. I’m so disappointed

Fav Wendys to go too…most of the time the food is always fresh, hot, and fast. If it isnt they are awesome to make it right or give you fresh fries if you ask while ordering. They run out of baked potatoes a lot though so have to get there early if you want those. And its usually very busy but pretty fast service. The staff love kids and are always saying hi and waving etc when at the window, which is a plus for me because it involves my kids enjoying friendliness of strangers and also kindness which our world doesnt have enough of.

I have been to this location 10 or so times and Wendy’s is our go-to fast food. The 4for4 meal is mostly what we order, since we love the options/variety, the taste and it is filling.
French fry quality here is hit and miss, but don’t miss the sign on the door if the fries aren’t hot and crispy they’ll get you ones that are hot and crispy.
We have seen service here be a little slow, but found it really depends on the staff and time of day. The front end people have usually been very happy and helpful. As of this writing our food was up very quickly.
The location does get a little dirty and I think we’ve only seen the tables being cleaned during two of our trips here (maybe just not here during scheduled rounds?). We are usually in store 30-60 minutes with a little one that is quite slow eating since there’s so much distraction. You can see the tables do get cleaned though.
The location does have freestyle drink machines which is nice and for a couple months it appeared the ice dispenser didn’t work on one of them every time we went.

I went through the drive-thru. Ordering was easy, the food was ready quick, the people at the window were nice. I got a grilled chicken wrap.. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I got my man a bacon cheeseburger and a large coke. It was a sloppy burger, the bacon was over cooked, the bun was a little dry.. So again, kinda blah.
