I saw this location needed some love on the reviews and so I thought id share my lovely experience. I was greeted with a very kind hello when i pulled up to the drive thru and the gentleman behind the drive thru was very curtious and had a bright smile. My food was very very fresh and was amazing. I wish I caught the persons name but he wears glasses and carries a bright smile with him. Thank you to that individual for making my night especially since I arrived 10 minutes before closing….

Placed an online order 10 minutes in advance for 2 frosty’s. Got there and had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. No basic customer service and I was just a huge inconvenience. My frosty wasn’t full either. I’ve been let down too many times to not say something anymore

The service here is the worst. Nobody speaks English and you never get what you order for the right price. You say number 1 and the break down the burger drink and fries separately. Every time an $10 meal is always $15+ dollars and you have to teach them how to use the computer to get what you are asking for, good thing only California’s live in this neighborhood happy that they get burned!

Whether you get chicken nuggets or a chicken wrap, the chicken is rubber and lukewarm. I would love to give them a review but the kiosk would not print me a receipt. More than likely out of paper which they don’t step into the dining area because they would see they are also out of ketchup, salt, pepper, etc… I did bring it to their attention and it didn’t matter. Wendy’s was a good eat 25 years ago.

A gambling addicts dream, the service averages out to about a 3 in all departments; you’ll either get your order perfect within a minute or two or a noticably lighter bag with incorrect items.
It truly is random with no rhyme or reason if your bag is gonna be scrumptious or very disappointing. Doesn’t seem to be consistent with time, or order method.

Pretty terrible costomer service. It makes sense that these fast food job go to the high school kids who give only bare minimum effort when it comes to costomers satisfaction. Food was cold and the boys who I interacted with had not only sour additude but they also couldn’t care less about the problems I had with my meal and their service.
If I go to a Wendy’s again it’ll be a lot further then this one.

We have gone to this particular Wendy’s multiple times and have waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru line multiple times despite lines not being incredibly long. The fact that this is a reoccurring thing not matter what time or the day it is very frustrating. Definitely go to a different Wendy’s or eat elsewhere.

I had the worst experience that I’ve ever had in my 45 years at this Wendy’s last night. I pull up to the drive thu and was asked to wait before they could take my order. She finally takes my order and when I got my food…I immediately ate a fry like I always do when I order fries…who knew you could mess up fries…they tasted like they had been sitting under a food lamp all day…she forgets my chili so I had to drive back…and she had the nerve to tell me that it’s on her that night since she didn’t ring me up for it. Yes I did pay you for it. She didn’t give me a receipt so there was no way to show her that I indeed paid for a large chili. I never thought I would say this, but I’ll choose McDonald’s over this particular Wendy’s every time.

100% got food poisoning from this place. I meal prep and ate the same food all week then decided to eat here close to closing time and got food poisoning. I woke up 6 hours after in the middle of the night throwing up which lines up with mild food poisoning bacteria such as staph. They are fast, and friendly but hopefully they can improve there food cleanliness.

I do not like this Wendy’s it is so bad. The service is bad. The food is bad. My food always comes cold or hard or stale. The service sucks and nobody is nice there and it always takes them forever even though they have like 10 workers.
