I had came in tonight through the drive through around 10:30 and when we pulled up to the speaker the man who took my order had a lousy/ rude tone. His tone made me feel as if he had a problem I even showed up, and that I needed a second to look at the menu. Then was rude at the window told us to pull around to the front to only have us wait for old food. My fries looked old and soggy and cold my bread was hard on my buns I asked for spicy nuggets and got regular, our burgers were made so poorly I couldn’t eat it they didn’t even put my other patty for my double stack honestly this just made me not want to go back to a Wendy’s if I’m not getting what I’m paid for with employees acting like that mind you I work in food so I don’t approve or appreciate this treatment. If I get sick from old food not going to be happy.

Wendy’s hits that perfect middle ground between fast food and real flavor. The burgers actually taste grilled, the fries are solid (especially with the sea salt), and I’ll never say no to a Frosty. This location was clean, the order came out fast, and everything was hot—no soggy bun or sad lettuce here. I also appreciate that their menu has variety without being overwhelming. When I want something quick but still crave a little quality, Wendy’s is one of the few chains that consistently delivers.

I just went through the drive thru for a just drink and Ashley was amazing. She was smiling and happy to help us get our order. It made me smile. I am from out of state and it was nice to get such good service.

I work close by and can easily grab a burger when I’m in the mood. I appreciate that they are so friendly and attentive, they always have smiles and great attitudes here, which inevitably is why I will swing in there once in a while as opposed to Carl’s across the street.
And I do like the meat, it’s fresh. Sometimes during lunch I think they are hurrying so the bun isn’t always warmed, so I just toss it in the microwave at work for a few seconds but other than that, consistent quick bite to eat.

Shout out to this entire staff!! I have to give credit when credit is very well due! Rocky, Bryce, Brandon, kasania, Fabian, Davan! The night “manager” at this store shouldn’t even have a job, even with as desperate as people are to find employees. Complete lack of empathy. Decided to treat my family to $60 worth of Wendys tonight. Placed the order on the app to avoid as many hiccups as possible. Still ended up with missing food, drive thru line was extremely long. To be courteous I pulled to the front of the store to check my order, again realized items were missing. Dining room is closed, drive thru is 6 cars deep so I figured I would call to let them know of my missing items. I was met on the phone by this “manager” at which point he let me know I could wait in the back of the drive thru line and wait to pull forward all over again to get my missing items. I was attempting to talk through this resolution at which point I was hung up on. Of course these items are pretty important in helping me successfully feed my family. So with no other choice because no other choices were offered, I waited in the line again. Once pulled up to the window i again asked to speak with the manager. The manager proceeded to tell me that he did not care and had no empathy for the fact that I now have $60 worth of cold food to take home after waiting in the drive thru all over again. He was clearly not confident in his actions because he refused to share his name, I was able to get a picture. It doesn’t take a genius to fill Wendy’s orders or to know how to acknowledge when you mess up. This guy didn’t know how to do either one, make better choices Wendy’s. We are not looking for geniuses to make our orders just someone that knows how to count, read, and acknowledge the difference between right and wrong. Just someone that knows how to provide some basic customer service would be good.
