By far my favorite Wendy’s between IF and rexburg. The other ones are alright but this one always hits the spot. I’d give them 6/5 stars but Google won’t let me. Keep doing what you’re doing rigby Wendy’s. America needs you guys. Trenton exceeded the niceness of any chicken filae employee (except for my wife, love you babe). These guys are awesome.

Usually this Wendy’s is pretty ok however I notice that the staff are not very attentive in the evenings, I came in, ordered on one of the kiosk and waited for my name to be called, nothing after waiting for a few minutes, then I noticed my name on the order screen said ready and yet when I looked at counter there was no bag so I waited a little longer and noticed my name was gone from the screen all together. I waited for about 20-30 minutes in an empty dining area waiting for a very simple order that I was hoping would be a quick in and out and yet I got nothing and had to leave because I was in a hurry. Which although I was sitting there for a good while none of the staff bothered to ask me if I were waiting for my meal and only gave me an occasional glance in my direction.

We love Wendy’s, we usually visit the Sunnyside location in Idaho Falls. Very quick and efficient. The tables are not always clean at any of the locations, including Rigby’s Wendy’s.

This is the third time we visited this location and it’s become our favorite Arby’s location in our SE area.
The girl who helped us via the drive thru was very sweet! We thought the app deals could be used in store at drive but it’s only for online orders. She was nice enough to include coupons and a good amount of horsey sauce in our bag!
One note on why it’s not a 5/5 yet, the Aju was cold.

This location can be hit or miss sometimes. Sometimes service is great, and sometimes it’s not. Today we had our order delivered and we were missing nuggets and didn’t even get the right sandwiches. I’m disappointed with how this was taken care of.

One of the shittier Wendy’s in my opinion. I only go here because I’m stuck working in Rigby and it’s a fast option. They slather sandwiches with condiments to an excessive degree, serve cold fries and nuggets, regularly mess up orders. Get the chili and a potato (if they have them ready) if you must go here. Depressing fast food for a depressing town.

The website online is so slow you can’t even navigate it. Tried for 20 minutes to order food and sign up. It’s so slow it freezes up doesn’t work and just sucks. Nevermind I’ll order elsewhere. And no it’s not on my end
