I love this little place. The workers always seem really tired but work really hard to get the orders right. They’ve been really kind to me in the past when something was out or whatever. The app has great deals, making this a fun place to stop after thrifting in the morning.

Zero issues with the food. Burgers were exactly what you expected. Fries were dark in color but good. Only issue was that they closed as they handed me my order. They never said anything about closing while I placed my order but asked us to leave when they handed it to me. I was shocked and argued back that we should have been warned before ordering and they just looked at me. In the end they were pissed but they let us eat our meal there if we hurried up. I understand wanting to close up and get out of work but this was wrong on their part. Crazy thing, while we ate not one employee can out to clean the lobby, not one.

The absolute worst food I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. I use to come here and get somewhat decent food. But that was before two meals was $30!!?!? Makes no sense to come here when there are so many other, much better options.

I came in for dinner and Kathy took my order. Prompt, polite, professional and thoughtful! While I LOVE some chicken tenders or a frosty, I’m not one for pop. Kathy asked if I’d like a drink (standard upsell), but when I declined, she offered a water cup instead.
I know it might seem small, but I would have been a thirsty idiot if not for Kathy’s thoughtfulness. She rules.

The two Filipino ladies who work there have quite the attitude. They are snappy and gave us two wrong items when we ordered something else. When you politely correct them they start getting mad at YOU and sighing. Super unprofessional and this isn’t the first time this has happened.

I made the mistake of visiting this establishment; Although I have vetoed the Mountain Home location after 3 of the crappiest orders I had there 2 years or so ago.
The large french fry I received through the drive thru was on the cool side of room temperature, soggy, and too greasy to eat on my way home (56 miles away).
So I had to deal with a left turn and da u-turn to go to McDonald’s and get good, warm, and crisp fries. I will not frequent this food chain ever again no matter the town I am in.

I have been here a few times and today was the best experience. They forgot to put some ranch in our bag and I didn’t notice till I got to the car so I went through the drive-through and the gentleman that helped me was so incredibly nice woman that handed us our food was so sweet and kindness is hard to find in the world these days. Going to Wendy’s was just refreshing
