Wendy’s is hands down my fave!! I went in this morning and no one would help me at the front counter even though several people saw me. One worker even gave me the side eye as if to say ( ah crap we are really busy in the drive through, now people coming in up front too? I used to work fast food I get it. So I left and came back when they were not as busy. Again I was seen by several workers including the side eye girl who now had a rude smirk on her face. Everyone was just standing around the manager was upfront looking at me and asking if anyone was on front. Stupidly asking like 4 people before he finally decided. oh yeah, I’m not doing anything. This why I don’t eat at McDonald or bk do better

The last two times I’ve been they’ve gotten my order wrong even though it’s a Mobile order, the first time it seemed as though they ran out of nuggets and threw in random stuff to compensate for it without asking what I’d prefer, pretty sad.

Check your bag!!! The last two times they have gotten our order wrong. Not just wrong but completely incorrect items and sauces both times, beware and avoid if possible.
This is 4 nuggets!? Also, how hard is it to put three sauces in a bag, I know you don’t get paid that poorly cmon guys do still get paid

My card was charged for the wrong order. Instead of telling me that, they told me my card didn’t go through, asked for my card again and charged me for my order. If I hadn’t had bank notifications on my phone I wouldn’t have known. While they did refund the wrong charge, they did nothing to apologize for their error or acknowledge the fact that they charged me triple what they should have. Management acted like I was an inconvenience. Very unhappy! And the new menu item I tried was not worth the cost.

I’ve gone here a lot over the years and honestly I’m getting sick of simple things getting messed up. When you order a burger with two sauces originally, ketchup and mayonnaise, and you ask for no ketchup, and almost every single time you send it back because it was made with ketchup, tons of ketchup, you would think managers would retrain or teach their employees to double check the order before sending it out. This is definitely an issue. So much food wasted and I’m tired of coming back to get it fixed if I came through the drive thru.

Last 2 times I came here the patty was very undercooked and they got my order incorrect. One of the times I asked for them to recook my burger and they took an excessively long time to get it back to me and then proceeded to be snarky when giving my food to me. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
