Sunday night (7/2/23) pulled up to drive thru, ordered, went to pay window and waited and nobody showed up… so I went to food window. A short haired blonde guy takes my credit card. Wait about 10 minutes…food comes… lady was nice. Get home, remember I never got my credit card… drag back down there… explained at drive thru I never received my card back. Go to pay window and blonde guy said,” Don’t forget your card next time!”. That’s about as rude as I’ve ever been treated. I was wearing my veterans hat too. Most of these young adults today have no respect. Sad to see this next generation of rude, irresponsible kids take control. Very sad…very rude!

Terrible customer service. I stopped in to get lunch for my kids for my oldest daughters birthday. I ordered four frosty’s three chocolate, one vanilla. After I get my food I was asked what else I’m waiting for, i told the lady I still needed my vanilla frosty, while I was waiting for her to get it another young teenage girl informs me that I only ordered three frosty’s. First of all I know how many kids I have and second of all I offered to still pay for the fourth frosty that you forgot to add to my order.
