Came through the drive through about 20 minutes ago and had placed a mobile order. Customer service wasn’t great, as the kid who handed me my food and drink through the window audibly yawned as loud as he could when I pulled up and avoided conversation when I tried to politely ask about why my drink was about 2 inches shy from the top and frosty wasn’t full either. When I checked the bag before I left to make sure everything was there, the window was still open enough for me to hear the employee say “now drive” in an annoyed tone. On top of my drink and frosty not being filled to the line, I also received food that was obviously sitting under heat lamps, dry and cold. My sandwich beef was dry, cold, and unseasoned. As a former fast food employee, I understand things happen but between service and quality, I have to say I’m extremely disappointed. I went across town to go to Wendy’s specifically because I tend to get good food and service. I guess I’ll think twice from now on. I’d be happy if a manager followed up to help give feedback.

Went through the drive through and wanted to order fries but she said, “We are still serving breakfast for the next 18 minutes.” Soooo? Didn’t know they were so strict on times. So, I got their breakfast stuff. Breakfast burrito was still cold, cheese wasn’t melted and it was gaggy. Also got the sausage sandwich. It was just dry and smaller than usual to me. What am I a hobbit? The girl at the window was nice but the food was just gross.

I work very close to this Wendy’s and go there a lot for ease of access. Sometimes breakfast, sometimes lunch. I haven’t had a bad experience with the restaurant at all. However, on Thursday November 20, 2025, I went in with my wife. Hyrum ended up helping us with our order. He gave recommendations on how to get what we wanted while saving us a bit of money. He was friendly, smiled, made light conversation, and went above my expectations. As someone with fast food management experience, very well done.

It is what you would expect going into a Wendy’s. There is a commonality that is comforting. Best part is that Wendy’s still cares about the customer service level where their competitors have all but quit. (Taco Bell and McDonalds). It is nice to have someone take your order and smile while they do.
The food is still better that the other two fast food burger joints you think of. And the place feels cozy enough to be comfortable. Much cleaner than the M place down the street.

Loved our visit to Wendy’s to get some frosty’s!! Fox is the best worker and deserves a raise! It was very busy and he took our order and had our food out in a timely manner. This location was very clean and all the employees seem to work graciously and kindly.

I went through drive thru and ordered a son of a baconator meal i pay and get to the window and ask for a ranch.The person there told me it will be 50cents for 1 dipping sauce because i didnt get a chicken nugget meal. this is bullcrap what am i suppose to dip my fries in now, and 50 cents for a single dipping sauce is criminal. will not be going back anytime soon

Not sure why I tried…. the food quality here is hit or miss… ordered their $8 promo meal..2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers… the bun was so dry I had to chase it with my coke… the burger meat was dry and tough hard to differentiate what was burger and what was bacon… all in all not a great experience…I wish they’d take the time to clean the outside port to the grease drain… it ruins my appetite for their food as I have to stare at it while I wait in line at the drive thru…. yucky grease with bird feathers and dirt and things you can only imagine… I’ve mentioned it more than once to staff and management… and what’s with all the traffic cones it just makes it look like a permanent construction zone?

Placed an order 30+ minutes before closing. App said it was being prepared and Dasher was waiting to pickup order. Then at last minute they cancelled my order. Because they didn’t want to make it. Bunch of BS.

Went to this location to get 2 beef patties and 2 cheese (4 oz patties). They didn’t tell me the total until I got to the window. It was over$7 for 2 parties 2 cheese noting else! Then I find they only give 1.5 cheese, one on the top patty one half in the container not even an effort to make it nice out or it one the other patty. No fork, no napkins, dry beef, at least the girl at the window seemed nice.

I ordered through Door Dash and it took 45 minutes to receive my food and I only live 1.3 miles from Wendy’s. When my food arrived my seasoned potatoes were cold, I had to reheat them n the microwave, they gave me 9 packets of ketchup in the bag, and I was not impressed with the size of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it cost almost $15! That’s outrageous! The receipt attached to the bag said $6 something!. Why did they give me so much ketchup? Isn’t there and quantity control? I have worked at many restaurants in my day all I can think of is the employees that bagged up my order weren’t paying attention so they grabbed a handful of ketchup packets. That’s so sad . Someone clearly dropped the ball here!
