Staff do not want to wait on you, want you to use the kiosks for ordering, which I hate but probably should have to at least get the order correct. My wife was with me and I was trying to order two meals plus two Frostys. The meals come with a drink and they wanted to up charge and substitute a Frosty for each drink, which isn’t what I was ordering – I wanted the meal, including the drink, plus a Frosty for each meal. Finally I gave up and just got the meals and thought I would go back and get two Frostys. The Wendy’s in Riverton, WY has no trouble understanding this order so I don’t know what’s wrong with this staff. Additionally, they simply do not listen – I asked for Honey Mustard Sauce and got BBQ, had to exchange these, has to ask for straws because there weren’t any at the drink station, ketchup was completely out, every single table in the place was filthy and it looked like it had been quite a while since the floors were cleaned – and they really weren’t that busy but had no fewer than ten people working behind the counter and in the kitchen area. During the time we were there not a single person came out to wipe tables, clean up debris and trash, or empty garbage. As we were leaving one person came out with a bag of ketchup but didn’t bother to wipe up around the area. Everything I could see was pretty filthy and disgusting and seeing this I lost my appetite for ordering anything additional, so no Frostys for us today. I don’t know what’s happened to this place as it used to be a regular stop for me along I-80 (at Wyoming exit 5) going to and from Salt Lake City, NEVER AGAIN. Will give the Burger King at TA a try next time at Fort Bridger, mile marker 30.

I was very disappointed with my meal after getting home, I asked for no sauces on my crispy chicken, Lettuce, Extra tomato, and Extra pickle and when I got home all that was on my sandwich was mayo galore and the chicken was hard as a rock, my fries were old, stale, and crunchy and I’m not supposed to have crunchy stuff with my braces on, I only got 3 nuggets but 1 nugget was harder than a geode. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed, If i could give this 0 stars i would. Would not recommend eating here. I wiped the mayo off but I’m extremely mad with them because I DONT LIKE MAYO!!!!! Be careful and maybe watch how they make it and if your in the drive through, check your sandwich. They suck at making sandwiches correctly.

Always serve the burgers “Rare”. The baked potatoes were hard and not edible.
We get that it’s a fast food place but meat should be cooked fully and they should check the potatoes make sure they are not
hard so ppl can enjoy them.
The manager that came from the back office was very pleasant and wonderful. Helped with the order mess up from the previous staff. We appreciate that.

One soda machine served Luke warm soda. The other one was filed with ice.

Wendy’s in Evanston is clean, service is good and timely, and the food is exactly what you’d expect from any other Wendy’s. It’s also consistent so every time is about the same.

So we had the worst time at this establishment! the fries were cold we asked for three junior bacon cheeseburgers lettuce wrapped and they gave us three junior bacon cheeseburgers with the buns but on two of the burgers it’s missing the lettuce the cheese the pickles the Mayo and the ketchup and only one of the junior bacon cheeseburgers was a complete sandwich and we were only 3 minutes away in a hotel and the fries were cold as heck when we got them out of the back and instead of doing the lettuce wraps they put lettuce in a different container with pickles and onions and they were completely out of bacon so we asked for me as a substitute and they made a big ordeal about it we tried talking to the manager and he insisted on arguing with us about why he was right and we were wrong when in all fast food establishments the customer is always right I’ve done my fair share in fast food restaurants the normal Wendy’s I go to and every other Wendy’s I go to never messes up like this and the manager never argues with us I think something should be done about the nighttime manager because he messed up on an order that we didn’t even ask for this whole establishment needs to be changed

Husband ordered a bake potato when he asked for butter for they Cashier was rude and said it dont come with butter and acted like she wasn’t going to give him none. For what we paid butter should be not an issue.

Food was cold, didn’t follow instructions for food customization, forgot the cookie then wouldn’t refund because the bag was “weighed properly” everytime we try Wendy’s it’s a disappointment. This Wendy’s is absolute garbage.

We order 2 choc. Frostys, 1 strawberry swirl and a 4 piece chicken nugget. At the window cashier Lilly and host Christy handed us our chicken nugget, 1 swirl and only 1 choc frosty. We ask for the other frosty we ordered and Lilly said, “You order 2 frostys we gave you 2”. We told her we order 2 chocolate ones and a strawberry. After a few minutes of going back and forth she finally said she’d have to charge us for the third frosty we never got. That was fine but then she told us we’d have to wait in line again. I wasn’t going to wait in the line longer to get this terrible service. This happened on 8/31/2025 at 3:11pm.
Never coming here again, this was my second time with bad service at the same place.
