Came to drive-through at five min till 11 ordered two biggie bags and an extra two chicken sandwiches I pay get to the second window was handed My drinks and was told to pull forward due to one of the chicken sandwiches had to be cooked fresh. However, when the meal came fries were warm Ish drove home to the two burgers not fresh used to be when you would order something and they wouldn’t have it on hand at a fast food restaurant, they would usually give you an estimate of time to wait and ask if you still want it. Good customer service should be if you’re cooking anything fresh for an order and you would cook the whole order fresh after getting home I tried to call back let the phone ring at least 20 times no answer

Fantastic location! I love watching a manager work alongside the employees! The manager wasn’t dictating. She was “working alongside her team! It’s so impressive to watch! The food was great at what appeared to be a newly remodeled facility! It is very nice to look around and see the fresh look and amenities to help and impress the customers! The restaurant was extremely busy, and people were coming and going methodically. Parking was a bit of a challenge with the vehicles lined up in the drive thru and out the entrance! It’s still worth the visit! The facility was clean and spacious! Gotta stop here. You won’t regret it!

Food was good but ordered 20 bucks worth of food and asked for a couple bbq sauces and was asked to pay 75 cents each. So yuuuup I’m cheap. for 20 bucks throw in two 5 cent sauces. Wont be going back. BK and McDs don’t charge for sauce. Check out their profit margin for the year. The CFOs aren’t hurting for money.

The staff at this Wendy’s always have a smile on there faces. Always quick service and food is hot and good.

Food is about average what you’d expect. Restaurant seems to be dirtier on average. Recommend to not dine in. Staff seem to be overworked and hounded by unruly customers. Although there mostly friendly depending on who you get. Hopefully it’s the guy that talks like he is a radio host. He is very funny. Will come back just because of him.

Very busy Wendy’s at Lunch time. Lines both inside and at the drive-thru. And had a trainee taking orders. Despite that the service was great. They were fast, and the order was just as we asked. Great tasting Big Bacon, Asiago Chicken Club, JBC, Son of Baconator, and kids meal. And as usual, the fries were excellent! Nice work Wendy’s!

Staff were more worried about how fast they could get the order out than what was missing. We were missing a large frosty and ranch we ordered. It wasn’t until we pulled away that we noticed that there was no fries under the burger either. Very disappointed. I couldn’t run in or go back through.
