Fantastic location! I love watching a manager work alongside the employees! The manager wasn’t dictating. She was “working alongside her team! It’s so impressive to watch! The food was great at what appeared to be a newly remodeled facility! It is very nice to look around and see the fresh look and amenities to help and impress the customers! The restaurant was extremely busy, and people were coming and going methodically. Parking was a bit of a challenge with the vehicles lined up in the drive thru and out the entrance! It’s still worth the visit! The facility was clean and spacious! Gotta stop here. You won’t regret it!

Very busy Wendy’s at Lunch time. Lines both inside and at the drive-thru. And had a trainee taking orders. Despite that the service was great. They were fast, and the order was just as we asked. Great tasting Big Bacon, Asiago Chicken Club, JBC, Son of Baconator, and kids meal. And as usual, the fries were excellent! Nice work Wendy’s!

The experience ended up fine, but I had to go up to get the butter and sour cream that should have come with my baked potato. I also had to ask for utensils — they didn’t arrive on my tray. The food was just as good as I expected. I took my frosty with me to eat on my way. (Thank goodness I thought to get a spoon before I left, because it also didn’t derive with any way to eat it.)

I ordered a medium sized fries. I requested that they be fresh and hot from the fryer. They were. Where the problem came in was the retaliation of super salting my fries. I have a heart condition. So now there’s no where I can just get fries. McDonald’s and Burger King are always cold. I thought certainly Wendy’s will do me right if I ask . Instead I was retaliated against. Now I don’t think I’ll be back.

I never leave reviews for fast food places but this Wendy’s was exceptional. I brought my basketball team of 10 girls today as well as 3 coaches and they completed our orders quickly and with precision. There were no delays or errors and the employees were extremely pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be going to this Wendy’s anytime we are in Rock Springs! Thanks!

Went in to get dinner no other customers at the counter and stood there for 10 minutes while the manager and the girl working the register looked at myself and my wife and looked away when I made eye contact. Finally told them goodbye and the didn’t even acknowledge that. Suggest people stay away unless the like being treat like an inconvenience.

We have always thought Wendy’s has the best fast food burgers. We had a junior bacon cheeseburger and a Dave’s double at the Rock Springs, WY Wendy’s. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. That said, these were the worst burgers we have ever had. The buns were old and rather nasty. The meat was dry and overcooked. It was very disappointing. This may be due to poor management although I’m not sure. Anyway, I hope they do better in the future. This franchise is being down the Wendy’s past good name.

I work near the store but I won’t be going there anymore. If you take the survey on the receipt it takes you to a 3rd party that wants to know what you buy at the store and your income bracket with. A lot of spam. I’m consistently either getting wrong food or I almost didn’t get my change on. This visit until I said something so i’m just going to delete the app and go elsewhere.
