We visited Wendy’s on 2nd Street tonight and I ordered the son of the baconator with only ketchup mustard and pickles. I brought my sandwich home and once I brought it home I realized it only had mayonnaise on it. Okay, no big deal, I’ll scrape the mayonnaise off. I ended up putting my own mustard on it and after I took a bite the bacon was disgusting. I remember bacon from Wendy’s being a little crunchy, this was like it wasn’t even cooked all the way through and tasted raw. I have always loved Wendy’s so I’m not sure why it tasted like this. I couldn’t even eat barely any of it. Super disappointed.

This place isn’t very welcoming. It almost like you are walking into the employee’s private residence rather than a place to sit and eat with your family. The employees leave their personal belongings in the dinning room while they work and all their drink cups are lined up on the ledge. It just feels weird in there.
Husband loves Wendy’s but this is the 1st time he couldn’t actually finish a burger because someone went wild with the salt shaker. We ended up throwing the burger away.

I don’t know why, but it always seems no one likes their jobs here; they don’t smile much, and seems like any request is an inconvenience to them.
Anytime I have ever sat in the dining room, there are a ton of drinks sitting on a ledge at the eating tables. It is my understanding they are the employees’ drinks, but it’s where guests sit. It looks very tacky and seems completely unsanitary. I’ve been in on a VERY busy day, and guests have had to sit there making sure to not knock them over.

I try to visit this place every time I roll through Casper to drop-off a case of duster. They have the best speech therapists in the country out in Casper, and this Wendy’s makes it just that much better.

Incompetent workers do not know the menu or the prices for starters.
Then, the frosty I ordered wasn’t at all full.
I asked for it to be filled up and they did, but the older lady at the counter visible gruffed and rolled her eyes.

Great service with quick and easy access to the drive thru. Staff are great and the asiago chicken burger was juicy and held a crisp outer texture! Great job and keep up the great work!

Wendy’s has always been good. However, right now the prices are a bit nuts. 8.00 for a double cheeseburger?! Insane. However, you can save by getting a combo.

Incredibly slow service in an unbelievably messy restaurant. The food was okay, but it took way too long to get it. The people behind the counter didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. Meanwhile, the dining room was a disaster. There was one whole table that the employees had covered in trash and Red Bull cans. Employees would frequently come out from the back to drink the cans and then leave them on the table. Not impressed at all.
