Don’t blame the staff when corporate sets the policies and practices. Gone are the days when a DEAL delivers what it appears to offer. I was not aware that the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger in their $6 deal was the 1/4 value knock-off of their Jr. Bacon cheeseburger sandwich. An otherwise delicious deal.

I enjoy my food, when it is done correctly. This Wendy’s has a very, very, bad habit of almost always getting my order wrong. From saying “no cheese” to “extra ranch”, it’s always mixed up. I know i’m not being singled out, but it’s still anoying, I feel like something should be done or said about it. I am ALLERGIC to american cheese, and it doesn’t matter if i say plain burger with nothing on it, or specifically say, “no cheese” my burger almost always has cheese on it. It got so bad, that last year i refused to get a burger from this Wendy’s. Then just recently, i get extra mustard in a cup instead of ranch when asking for it. I like ranch with my burger, dip it in ranch, so when i get a cup of mustard when asking for ranch, I got thrown off. The food is always good, when they can actually get it right. I find it annoying that every single time i go to this Wendy’s, i always have to go back to get something fixed.

Wendy’s has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I feel like the franchise doesn’t get talked about enough. I visit this location maybe twice to three times a month depending on how often I need to run errands. I have never had a disappointing meal from here. The baconator fries are a really big treat that my daughter and I split. The workers always have the best attitude no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is, for the most part, very clean and neat. The atmosphere is what I call calm. It’s always peaceful when my daughter and I come to visit and dine in. The only reason I gave Wendy’s a 4/5 star for the atmosphere is that while there are lovely pictures hung around the restaurant, I feel like the walls and floors are a really bland color. Wendy’s used to have the awesome garden dining area and over the years have that bland beige/gray coloring and it just feels like the franchise isn’t trying to be attractive anymore. We still love this location very much and will be returning.

Manager dogged the trainee the entire time I was there, I felt really bad for the lady. She was an older lady. It made my entire visit very unpleasant to the point I almost told the manager to be quiet so I could eat in peace without hearing her berate this poor trainee.

Went to drive thru was told food was not ready and would get fresh fries will be 2 to 3 minute wait asked to pull into stall to waited 10 minutes while at least 10 to 15 cars went thru drive thru i went inside said I would skip fries and just take my food to find out none of the food was ready and none of frier baskets were down cooking extremely poor service do not reccomend this place at all had to leave with nothing would love for a manager to reach out

We went through drive thru. We ordered a single burger, fries and a salad. We never got the burger. We didn’t check the bag before leaving. This has happened 3 times before. We won’t be back!! There are several other places we can drive thru and get EVERYTHING we ordered.

The staff will ignore you til they decide to take your order and the food takes forever to come out. Can get through maybe half the meal before lunch break is over. Some ppl only get 30 mins to eat. That’s not long if it takes 4 mins to get there and back and 15 mins to get service and food.

Worst fast food sandwich I think I’ve ever ate… I don’t normally complain and never publicly or ever socially but the employees did nothing about it when my boyfriend and I complained. This sandwich is supposed to be the famous new “Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich,” clearly was nothing like it! I did ordered it with no cheese but my boyfriend’s had cheese that wasn’t even melted as advertised, and the sandwich was cold. Very disappointed in this Wendy’s! I typically love Wendy’s but probably won’t return to this one unfortunately.
