Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. First off, there were no other patrons inside at 11:15 am. That should’ve been our first clue. There were at least 3 employees plus an older lady barking orders and berating their performance loudly at them in the back for all to hear. The dining room was gross and sticky and the floor under our table was slick and wet. Didn’t even want to touch the screen of the soda machine because of how dirty and sticky it was. It’s was my wife’s birthday and they did not honor the free frosty on your birthday bonus. Lastly the bathroom was horrendous; sticky wet floor and dirty toilets.

Very rude customer service. I have tried three times for breakfast and they are 0 for 3. They always get it wrong. I will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The last time I went there I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and got a piece of cheese on a half of biscuit. They didn’t even give me the whole biscuit. No more Wendy’s on Del range.

Worst fast food sandwich I think I’ve ever ate… I don’t normally complain and never publicly or ever socially but the employees did nothing about it when my boyfriend and I complained. This sandwich is supposed to be the famous new “Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich,” clearly was nothing like it! I did ordered it with no cheese but my boyfriend’s had cheese that wasn’t even melted as advertised, and the sandwich was cold. Very disappointed in this Wendy’s! I typically love Wendy’s but probably won’t return to this one unfortunately.

Service was quick food was hot,and tasted great except for 1 item, that was my baked potato, was maybe 1/2 cooked still hard through out, and it happened to be the last one during lunch time which made no sense to me. Any other time we go were good to go, service n food are usually good.
