Ordered a number 6 medium, and a number 2 large with no mayo. Paid $29 and got cold half cooked fries for both combos, and mayo on the number 2. If I had not spit out the firat bite of the number I probably would have thrown up. I don’t order no mayo as a preference, it majes me sick to my stomach. And for $29 for 2 fast food meals you would hope that your order is right and cooked properly. This is the last time that I eat at this Wendy’s.

I put an order in online and made sure to select this location. I arrived and it had somehow gone to Dell Range. They didn’t care one bit when I showed up here. They didn’t even offer to make a new order here. The staff is far past caring about customers clearly. I know why, but management clearly sucks at building a positive working environment.

all I gotta say is never will be going to Wendy’s on lincolnway. gentleman working counter was absolutely rude. all i ordered was cheicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich meal and apparently it takes a month and seven sundays to register that. i said it slow and gave him time to put it on the screen and he had to reiterate spicy chicken sandwich, tenders, nuggets.. after already saying chicken sandwich.. he was so rude.. he ran into a female worker trying to leave and got mad at her for being in the way. the gentleman wasn’t wearing a name tag, I get we have bad days.. but that was so rude.. I work retail and trust me I get when it’s been a bad day but i definitely don’t want to be talked too like a kid ..

I never complain as I work in customer service but my experience tonight has me questioning even drinking my powerade. We used the drive thru. The only female working there that I saw was taking orders. She was so rude it was enough to make my blood boil. The more we ordered the more rude she became. When we got to the window she was filling our drinks while passing some dirty looks. I ordered a large cherry powerade, it was 3/4 of the way full when she looked at another employee and took off into the lobby with my drink with no lid. When she came back it was full with out a lid. I can’t help but worry about people messing with our food. I was being very polite. I like to kill people with kindness. She wasn’t having it. Tried to take the survey but we were never handed a receipt. Unfortunately you have to have your receipt to fill it out. She was upset when she had to get my boyfriend his frosty. I don’t know what her problem was but you don’t take it out on customers. Customer service is not a good job choice for her. Food was good, but I was very cautious.

Drive thru was horrible. Rushed and had to tell her I wasn’t even done ordering after she tried to give me a total. The guy at the window had no clue what he was doing, tried giving me someone else drinks after I told him twice what I ordered. Nuggets are hard and old. My salad was about half full and the chicken was all bread and super old.

We got our food and all the sudden with the window open an employee immaturely started making loud wailing sounds and the whole crew was in a circle starring making us uncomfortable and proceeded to laugh about it. Not fond about this experience and the food was as normal

Ugh…only place open late at night besides Taco Bell which was packed so we chose this place. Worst dry food. I don’t eat fast food usually but we were starving while traveling. Anything SHOULD have tasted good to us at that point but anything would have been better than what we got. Go to TACO BELL. Can’t be any worse than this Wendy’s
