I have been to this establishment multiple times and have been “greeted” by nothing but disrespectful employees. And for this reason I usually order online. However the last few times I have ordered the new “Grilled Chicken Wrap”, it has been handed to me improperly folded, all of the ingredients spilling out; with holes and tears in the tortilla; and with ROCK HARD bits of chicken, and almost no ranch dressing. It is almost completely inedible every time, as I’m left with a soggy tortilla with holes in it and a pile of cheese, lettuce, and charcoal chicken. I ask you, is it really that difficult for a fast food establishment to produce the quality of food that is expected from them? Is it such a pain to have fresh chicken, or learn how to roll a wrap? Is it such a burden for you to apply more than 2 measly drops of ranch dressing?

Got the baconator fries. Its just sad. 1st of all Theres barely any bacon, the fries taste like they were reheated on the microwave and I asked for the large meal, i imagined the fries were gonna be a fair size as well but nope got some fun size bacon fries… worst place to go to after dark tbh! (Did not touch one single fry before the picture)
