We came here to eat hamburgers. They were tasty and the service was super fast. We finished ordering and before I got to the table our order was ready. The prices were somewhat high.

New location is spotless clean, staff is friendly and prompt. Ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage and Swiss. The croissant is Wendy’s take on a bun, but the taste and texture aren’t “ croissant like”. I noticed no cheese so went back to the counter. Asked about the missing Swiss cheese and was told “our Swiss is a liquid”. Uhhhh, ok Wendy, a liquid? We’re done.

I went through the drive-thru to make a purchase, and the manager was the one who took my payment. She was very rude because I wanted to pay with Apple Pay, and she kept insisting that they didn’t accept that payment method. I told her that they did, and that I could see it right there, but she said she couldn’t reach far enough to take my phone (even though I’ve paid that way before without any problem). She was in a terrible mood and said that if the phone fell, it wasn’t her problem — in a very rude and disrespectful way. Worst customer service.

Experience depends on employees so that’s pretty typical of fast food places. Ordered the asiago last night and unfortunately did not check and got a double burger. Dang good one though so I wasn’t too upset. ( The girl with green hair should probably work a slower shift. Her co worker on the drive thru was on point. Felt bad he had to deal with dumb.)
Went back this morning and had the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in years. (#9) Better then a regular sit down restaurant since it had actual flavor and the bacon was cooked. Once again service was lame. Not a big issue since I was trying to decide but the cashier gal didn’t seem to know which way was up. Maybe dying your hair unnatural colors lowers some smarts.

Got the baconator fries. Its just sad. 1st of all Theres barely any bacon, the fries taste like they were reheated on the microwave and I asked for the large meal, i imagined the fries were gonna be a fair size as well but nope got some fun size bacon fries… worst place to go to after dark tbh! (Did not touch one single fry before the picture)
