Food was really good and tasty for Wendys although the tomato was ice cold it made it feel like a cold sub… Hot and fresh fries lacked salt. Spicy nuggets tasted the same as 10 years ago which is great. Ordered at 3pm on a Saturday. Handful of cars in line. They were out of 2 drinks: sweet tea and the energy sparkling drink. Beats McDonald’s. Double check your bag as they didnt put any dipping sauces or napkins. They seem to be alot busier than before their remodel. Overall it was great, fresh ingredients. Definitely will return.

This morning, I visited Wendy’s at the brisk hour of 6 a.m., amidst a bone-chilling zero degrees Fahrenheit weather. Despite the early hour and the cold, the staff was there, ready to welcome customers. I observed their dedication and hard work as they prepared for the day, ensuring that everything was set for the first meal service. It’s not easy to rise before dawn and start the day in such cold conditions, but their commitment to providing service didn’t waver.
I was greeted warmly and served with a delicious breakfast that was just what I needed to start my day on a positive note. It’s admirable to see employees who, despite the early hour, put in the effort to ensure that customers like myself leave satisfied and ready to tackle the day ahead.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Wendy’s for their dedication and for making my morning much brighter. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and it’s appreciated more than words can express. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for being such an integral part of our community, especially on those chilly early mornings.

I witnessed management treating their emplyee like garbage just now. If they are not properly trained on how to do their job DON’T ever put them down in front of a customer.I work in the food industry and you should truly be ashamed. Someone needs to look into this.

They we’re amazing I came in twice that day once right before my doctor appointment and they were packed. They made sure I could make it out on time for my appointment and the second was amazing 2 me and my bf went through the drive thru to order and it was the same people working they made sure we got everything double check are straws and spoons were in the bag we actually got extra spoons and straws lol. Overall it was amazing and love the remodel! The Wednesday frosty is amazing if you like black cherry it’s 100% for you!

The place was filthy. Tables had a film on them, and the floor needed a good mopping. Outside temp was 81. Inside the restaurant it was easily 90. I was shocked at how hot it was in there. Most of the workers behind the counter were standing around. The same one guy was doing all the bidding. Even the manager seemed quite lethargic.
3 young women came in as customers after us. 2 had no shoes on and only bathing suits. The manager and 3 of the employees saw them and did not address the health/policy. In fact, they came from around the counter and hugged the group and said hello.
The nuggets were hot and fresh, so the food brings up the stars to 2. I just have an ice feeling after being there.

Wendy’s corporate site makes it nearly impossible to contact customer care, so I’ll shred them here. I have no complaint about my food order; in fact it was very tasty. Dave would be proud. Likewise, the staff (only interacted with cashier) was friendly and competent. And that’s why I am upset about the conditions they have to work in. The lobby (delapidated but decently clean by current standards) has no, that’s right ZERO, air conditioning! It’s stiflingly hot, so how miserable must it be for the kitchen staff? A veritable sweat shop – another chiseling franchisee who clearly doesn’t give a tinker’s dam for employees. Probably never sets foot in the dump. I won’t continue to support your business, and I like Wendy’s… admonishment!
