Rude. This place is very consistent… consistently rude and unfriendly. Look, I worked fast food in college… I know how it can be. But the service at this place is horrible. I know I shouldn’t be indulging in fast food and they practically remind me every time I visit this location. The quality of the food at this location in particular is also not great. Unfortunately, it’s the only place this part of the valley. Have a long hard day at work and want some dinner? Sure, just be prepared for terrible staff. The evening manager, I pretty sure it’s him, is one of the rudest. Not too sure what’s up with the people there.

You walk in expecting the basic social contract of fast food. Not greatness. Just hot food and a soda with enough carbonation and syrup to prove it is still alive.

Instead, the Dr Pepper is flatter than a tennis court. The burgers, fries, tenders, nuggets, all cold. Not lukewarm, not room temperature, cold. The kind of cold that tells you nobody cared. We could not even eat it in the car. We went home and broiled everything in a pan.

And then there is the attitude. Hostile. Snarky. Like ordering food was an inconvenience we had no right to impose.

Look, it is fast food. It is not glamorous. But it is for the people. If you hate the job that much, quit.

The burger was bland, dripping with grease, and overcooked. The fries were good though. The service was excellent. I love that the self ordering kiosks don’t make ordering complicated by popping up advertisements.

Came to the drive through on the 23rd at around 9:10am and the gentleman that was taking the orders had such a nasty attitude and no customer service skills. Everything was a “what” and lack of patience. The unprofessionalism and rude demeanor kind of bought me off guard.

Not sure when Wendy’s got to the $10-$20 range for mediocre fast food. At least you used to get free sauces. Now apparently they are .50 cents each? No wonder they are closing hundreds of stores.

Paid six dollars for a bacon double stack, but yeah, this didn’t have any bacon. First of all, does this look like a 6$ cheeseburger to anybody? Outrageous price for such a sad looking burger.. It tastes even worse than it looks! I remember paying 1$ for a cheeseburger at McDonald’s not that long ago, which had more flavor than this. It was about the same size too! So, where do you get off, charging $6 for this tiny thing? Wendy’s corporate is going downhill. All of your food is getting more, and more expensive.

Not only that, but apparently corporate has trained their managers to refuse giving their customers refunds, if you’re not right there in person, and if it’s been more than 10 minutes after you placed your order. That’s what I was told over the phone by the on-shift manager. Even, when they make orders incorrectly! Wow. Way to take responsibility, as a multi million dollar franchise. Sad.

Not only was I told that I was not going to be given a refund, but that I would only get a replacement burger, if I came in to get it on the same day I ordered the original. Like, what? I just bought your food and was already 5-10 minutes away, driving the opposite direction back to work on my lunch break.. Do you really think I’m going to be in the mood for more Wendy’s later on that very same day? I know Americans are fat, but come on. Plus, I didn’t have the time to turn around and go get my correct order, so I unhappily ate what I was given.

So thank you, Wendy’s, for taking my money, ruining my lunch, and for doing absolutely nothing to make it right.

Check your order before you leave the restaurant, or else you get what you get!

I thought the place was closed I ordered 20 minutes ahead waited 20 after arriving. These kids get paid too much. This is everytime. They act offended to serve you.

What I assume was the manager, short red headed lady, refused to take my order because I didn’t want to use the kiosk. Saying she was too busy working on other orders. There was 5-6 employees working and less than five customers in the building. Literally would not take my order because I wanted to order from the counter instead of the kiosk.

If the manager is not on shift, it’s a waste of time and money. Got my order wrong twice, was extremely rude while taking my order and the 6 girls in there were all laughing at me for insisting my order was wrong. I’m pregnant and crying in the parking lot because of rude teenagers. Will be driving 30 minutes to Glenwood instead from now on.

Consistently bad service. I’ll be the only person in the store or drive-thru and they can’t get 2 items right. Pathetic and won’t waste another dollar here.
