This is the best Wendy’s EVERRRR.
FRIES BURGERS BACON CHILI COKE SERVICE AND NUGGETS! Fries were hot and crispy. Burger was perfectly put together. Nuggets were hot and crispy. He gave me a bunch of crackers to eat with my chili. I loved it. This should be a 5 star restaurant. Those chefs know what they’re doing. Way better than Sweet Coloradough.

I usually dont do bad reviews unless its really necessary. But three times In a row over probably 2 month period all orders were not right. First time was drive thru missing a burger and all the custom options like add pickle remove tomato was not done. Second time same thing with custom options and my wife’s chilli d8dnt have cheese or onion and no sour cream. Third time same deal with chili forgot everything and instead of adding ketchup to the burger they did mayo and put ketchup on the chicken sandwich. I know nobody makes enough to care but this is pritty bad.

The food was very tasty, and a young woman served me and gave me good service, but she was the only one working with another woman. There were other women working there, but instead of working to get the food out faster, they were just standing around doing nothing, talking amongst themselves. I sat down to eat there to relax and enjoy my meal, but they were making a lot of noise, shouting, and giving me dirty looks. The only good thing about the place was the food and the service the young woman gave me; everything else was terrible.

I went through the drive up and the credit card machine wasn’t working. So the attendant asked me to drive forward and wait for the manager to come outside and take my payment. I sat there for about 15 minutes, eating my burger, wondering what was going on. When there was a break, I backed up again to the window. The attendant said, “It’s OK, you can have that one for free. It’s our fault.” I said, “But I don’t want you to have to pay for it. Do you want me to go get cash and come back?” He said, “No, the manager said it’s the fault of the credit card machine, so no one has to pay. Please take it for free.” Amazing. This place has consistently served good food and now is on the top of my list for local restaurants. This is the best customer service I’ve seen in decades!

Went through the drive thru, they asked us to pull forward after we paid. Waited 15-20 minutes before we got our food. They gave it to a different car that they also asked to pull forward. Took it from that car, gave it to us. Said they threw an extra 10 piece nugget for the hassle. Everything was cold by the time we got it, and they gave us diet coke when we ordered regular coke.

For a fast food restaurant with a drive thru, why am I waiting for my food? We waited 20 minutes for our food and had to go ask for it. Might as well close it down so there can be more free parking.

For some reason making a sandwich with ANY form of specifications is impossible. We have never gone to this location and got the order right the first go. This last occasion we had to go back because both sandwiches were incorrect, they were remade, just to receive one of them back incorrect, remade again, just for that same sandwich to be incorrect AGAIN. This location is in need of a checkup because there are cleary some issues communicating and is a severe health risk to those with allergies.
