If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Everytime I go to this Wendy’s it’s always a minimum 30 minute wait. They always mess up on my mobile order and make me wait even more. This is fast food it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a simple chicken combo meal. I mobile ordered a chicken pub combo with baconator fries and a frosty chino and a 4 piece chicken nugget I get to the window and they put in a different mobile order. I had to pull up my order show them and they still couldn’t understand what I was trying to order had to literally spell it out for them. Finally they figure it out make me pull up to parking spot to wait for them to make my chicken sandwich finally bring it out after 45 minutes of waiting and going back and fourth with them to figure out the order they forget to bring my drink. The lady goes back in to get my drink and I finally get to leave. I get home and realized that after all this time and struggle of explaining everything to them like a toddler they ended up forgetting my 4 piece chicken nugget. Also I cut into my 45 minute wait chicken sandwich just to find out it’s still raw. No words can explain how much disappointment I have for this Wendy’s. Good thing I didn’t eat this. I WOULD HAVE BEEN SICK. I will be calling the health department. Thanks for wasting my time my money and serving me raw food.

Going into Wendy’s just had reconstructive surgery on my jaw. All I wanted was a bowl of chili and a Frosty the chili was amazing as a manager waited till I was done with the chili to make the Frosty because it took me a little bit of time. When she brought me that Frosty she filled that cup all the way to the top and that was the best Frosty I ever had in my life five stars all the way around.

Slow lines (at least 30 min wait every time), terrible / rude customer service, when inside staff is goofing off and slow. Don’t waste your time coming to this location, it’ll be faster to drive time GJ and order food.

I waited at least 30 minutes for my order. Then when I finally got it I noticed they forgot my fries. Fortunately I checked it before leaving and they gave me the fries. I got to my hotel and realized they made a junior bacon cheeseburger without putting a hamburger patty on it. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

People were friendly and service was fast…I think maybe too fast. The fries were luke warm at best and certainly not hot and crispy as advertised. More like soggy…tasted and smelled like oil I never have smelled before. The crispy spicy chicken was not much better. My guess is this stuff was cooked up and sitting for some time…maybe the reason why service was so quick. I’ll try some place else next time.
