Tonight was actually really good! The fries were salted and Cooked perfectly. They were out of grilled chicken for the salad but they allowed me to sub for the spicy chicken and it brought back my favorite salad from there. The window staff was really nice and had a great attitude.

We ate our food in car while going home. Fries were just warm, chicken nuggets are generally just warm and even though did not want spicy, one was. Had to ask for frosty to be topped off…3/4 full. All Wendy’s in our area now have smaller cups for large frosty and usually frosty has a vacant hole down center…this time the 3/4 full. Was told by staff thatbis how they are supposed to do it.

Ordered at the drive thru, absolutely no line which was a pleasant surprise. The speaker crackles so it was hard to understand. My food was ready within a couple of minutes. The girl at the window told me the total and never said another word. She didn’t start with hello or include thank you. The food looked unappealing, French fries were about 3/4 full and the only piece of lettuce on the chicken sandwich was the rib of a piece of romaine.

Albert is not a good manager. He was cursing at the employees and I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. I watched a few cars give up and drive away. Whoever the owner of this establishment is please clean up your night crew. The service is God awful.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have had multiple issues with this particular branch and getting an order correct. Both in person and in delivery. Something is always wrong, and most often it’s putting cheese on a hamburger. A hamburger when it has been requested No Cheese or there no cheese on the ingredients list. It just feels like they don’t take to heart when I’ve called. I always make sure there’s no cheese selected or listed because I can’t have it.
