I don’t go to fast food often, and this is my first time trying Wendy’s.
Toby was the main server, and Cylus was the cook.
Toby was excellent. He was patient, and also communicated a bit with me about my experience which I appreciated. Cylus was quick, the burger was out within a short time. They also discussed how fresh the food is.
Overall a good experience and I’d stop by again.

Horribly slow. Pulled into the drive through with no one else there, no one inside, and waited a solid 20 minutes to get my food. But if I look inside I can see at least 3 employees talking to each other.

My husband got the Asiago chicken sandwich tonight bit into it and the sandwich was completely raw. Called the restaurant and the manager was just very plain about our response and said “it was raw, yes it’s completely raw.”

This Wendy’s is clean. The bathrooms are small, usually pretty clean. The employees are nice and on top of their orders. I would suggest using the Wendy’s app it has a few more deals and you can earn points that get you free food! I do miss the $3 Jr baconator, but now they have a breakfast deal for a dollar (limited time only) that is super yummy. Also the new Frosty menu is awesome.

Food is tasty. But, from Friday to Thursday, the men’s bathroom was exactly the same. Looks like nobody cleans it. Sad, because I told the manager on Friday. Today? Still filthy.

My Single Track Addiction
What happened to customer service and quality items. The picture below shows my “Baconator”. Way to cheap out on the bacon Wendy’s. Oh and could you hire some help for this location? I realize everyone is struggling to find people but 20 minutes in the drive through and I am the 2nd vehicle in line.
