The reason for three stars has nothing to do with the people here. I found the cashier and other workers to be very helpful. The restaurant was a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned (floor vacuumed and tables wiped off). There seemed to be confusion in what we ordered and the bun on my burger was a bit dried out. These things are fixable.

Came here with my out of town family recently, hoping for a nice and friendly service. Instead we were greeted by a rude employee who was working the front register. Instead of greeting us politely and giving us time to order, she simply asked what we wanted in a very rude voice. I understand some days people are having a bad day at work, maybe that was the case, but the way she handled it was very unprofessional. Food was good, just terrible service from this one employee. I believe her name started with an “S”.

Ordered a medium chili and baked sour cream and chive potato at the drive thru in the evening it was not busy. Pulled up to the window to pay. Left and looked in the bag and realized they didn’t place my order for the baked potato. I opened up my chili bowl and it was cold! So we pulled back up to the drive thru window let them know they forgot the baked potato and the chili was cold. The cashier said “oh the reason why it’s cold is because it’s the last of it.” Never in my life was I ever served cold food like this. This is not okay. I no longer wanted the chili and they just gave me a coupon for any size chili for a later time. I just want to say that they need to do better. And as a restaurant you should never serve your customers any thing cold that’s not supposed to be. That’s all.

Came in to use a coupon I got in the mail. Walked up to the register and was greeted by a cashier off to the side but ignored by a manager playing with something on the register screen. She just stared at the screen pressing buttons, never looked up or said a word to me. After a couple minutes another manager walked up and started playing with the screen. Havent had my order taken or been acknowledged at this point besides the cashier. I ended up just walking out. I assume you guys are sending out these really good coupons to get sales up in the store. You cant do that if no customers are getting orders taken though.

Be careful at this location! Stopped by tonight and found a store crew that was struggling to keep up. Not complaining about the people-Too many issues to mention, but you have to keep it clean-“always be cleaning”. The young lady that helped me handed me my chili and nuggets, literally handed them to me without a bag, crackers, etc. obviously new so why is she put into that position as a cashier and coordinator? Give her some training! Chili was cool, probably 80 degrees! Nuggets were hot, thankfully, service area was a mess and dangerous for employees with that slippery floor. Where is the District manager validating store manager excellence? Best time to validate store operations is at 8:30 to 10:30pm.

Stopped at this Wendy’s while passing through. Food was exactly as expected from Wendy’s. Service was fast and location was clean. The bathroom was in need of a little attention but overall the visit was good. I would stop here again for a bite to eat while passing through.

Went to Wendy’s at 7pm on a Saturday. Not busy at all. Had a combo burger with fries and BBQ chicken tenders. NONE of the food was fresh. EVERYTHING was lukewarm at best.

Bad food and worse service. Just nothing good to say about the whole place, from the service, cleanliness and FOOD. Got a terrible meal and complained the rudest lady I ever met. Her answer, that is the way it is, what is the problem. I was scared to check out the restroom the rest of the place looked so bad.
