The facilities were very grungy. The meal was cold and sandwich was soggy while the fries were hard. Was kind of a bummer. The grounds of the facility had food on the floor and guests were stepping on it. The restrooms were very filthy with fecal matter on the floor. On the plus side the employees were very kind and helping.

Tried to go inside at 8:15, and all doors locked. Saw employee that walked out to give food to drive thru, spoke with her and asked if we could go inside. Employee then lied to me and said they don’t open the dining area until 9:00, and that the posted schedule for the dining room was wrong (said 0730). Wife then called the restaurant phone number posted and the manager ran outside to unlock the doors.

The food was what you expect at Wendy’s. The cashier was borderline rude. We stood at the counter waiting for 10 minutes for 2 frostys and a soda cup. It took 6 minutes for someone to even show up at the counter, ignore us, and retreat into the back again. 3-ish minutes later the same employee came up and asked if we needed something. We finally got our drinks quickly after that.

The two girls at tonight rude and no customer service. I get it Cortez isn’t full of a bunch of good workers and people, but they could turn it around by making sure each employee shows paying customers common curiosity and respect. Those two little girls at drive thru rude and should be put on trash duty to match their attitudes. Pretty stupid my family goes there for a nice meal and we get that. Shows a lot about Wendy’s and shows more that Cortez alone doesn’t have manners. Fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
