Guess Wendy’s Baconator means 2 pieces of bacon. I don’t get to eat out often and to top it off it’s my birthday. What a disappointment of a meal. Sad I spent my hard earned money here.

The guy at the drive thru was extremely rude. He managed to take my order correctly yet the kitchen made it wrong. Fries are cold. Nuggets cold and hard as a rock. When asking about the rewards advertised about $1 sandwiches he responded VERY quickly “we don’t do that here”

Update: they gave me FROZEN FRIES hire better people wendys.
Had to repeat TWICE to the worker my order and when I pulled up she literally gave me a 3/4 drink that was not even what I asked for and didn’t even get the drink that I wanted. Both burgers I got didn’t even have what I wanted it’s like they just slapped it on and didn’t care. Got both of the same drink. I don’t know what’s going on in this location but never go here, they don’t listen at all!

Had a coupon for buy one get one free frosty fusion. The worker and manager wanted to charge extra for the free fusion if it wasn’t plain chocolate or vanilla. When shown the coupon offers a caramel swirl and Oreo brownie as options, they still gave me plain chocolate and said ” Fine I won’t charge you extra.” Never going back as they have no idea how to follow their own promotions/coupons.

Normally when I go to fast food restaurants I don’t leave thinking, wow that was a great time. Usually somethings messed up or cold, but that wasn’t the case with this trip! I HAD to come on here and give a shout out to Kristen! She was so polite, and seemed like she went out of her way to make sure we had a nice visit. The food tasted SO good and fresh. Thank you Kristen and the peeps who made our made our trip feel like a sit down restaurant!

Food was nice and fresh but what really stood out was the ice machine in the lobby. The cover was off and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned or sanitized in a long time.. this is how people get sick.

It’s a fast food restaurant but no where near fast. Manager Chris took 7 minutes with 4 cars behind me just to tell me he’s having technical difficulties and continue to make me wait. Once I got to the window he was very snobby and rude. I asked for the GM and he replied with “she don’t give care” then proceeds to chuckle.

Lock their bathrooms and require an escort to use them. Can’t lock it yourself so employees can just barge in. Service is also really slow while the cranky old manager just stands there.
